Location is fine. Property is a low 2 star in need to major Reno. Pictures are not current. No towels. Elevator out of service. Dirty.

During my two-day stay, the elevator did not work. I was on the third floor with two suitcases. Imagine the nuisance of taking the stairs carrying my bags. The place is clean, and the breakfast is below average. The personnel is friendly and very helpful. Since I don’t live in the States, I can’t sign up for delivery apps, and most restaurants take out orders via the app. That first night, the receptionist went behind her line of duty to help me find a restaurant that takes orders by phone and deliver.

The hotel location is great. There are many things wrong with this hotel. The elevator was out of service to 2.5 days we were there. The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. It should be at least every other day. My room had a musty smell after the 1st day. I think the carpet needs to be replaced. It's an older hotel that needs some attention. The staff do what they can but this hotel needs some renovation dollars.

The room smelt like cat piss. The elevator was broke and there is only one. The staff could care less about anyone and they try not to make eye contact with you when you walk in. Would not recommend.

Over all the room was old and bed was terrible when we got there they said the elevator didn’t work definitely not what we expected for the area and the price was way too high for what we got

Plumbing on the fritz. Needed to make a maintenance call because of toilet not flushing. Twice, during a one night stay. Otherwise, a nice budget accommodation for short stays. Close to beaches and shopping. The staff like to test your patience if your a noob at LaQuinta. They cater to the older crowd, sure is a preference- for those looking for a low-key spot to crash.

This hotel needs renovation. Carpets in hallways are in poor shape, electronic door was difficult to open, elevator wasn’t working for 2 days. Hallways are very dimly lit.

Elevator was out of order, which I didn't know until after I accepted a room on the third floor. I'm most definitely healthy enough to take the stairs...but I should have been informed prior to receiving my room keys.
When I got to my room, the hardwood floor in the foyer/bathroom was sticky. It made a sound with every step I made. I didn't feel comfortable walking around barefoot in any part of the room. I checked in late and night and wanted to go to sleep. Otherwise I may have tried harder to change rooms to something less sticky.
