My stay at hotel satkar is very very terrible. 1. The room was ridiculously minuscule, barely offering enough space to breathe, let alone move around. Absolutely unacceptable. 2. Service was abysmal, with staff displaying utter apathy and incompetence. It felt like dealing with a bunch of indifferent robots. 3. The ambiance was utterly repugnant, akin to stepping into a neglected dungeon. A disgrace to the hospitality industry. 4. Adding insult to injury, they had the audacity to serve tap water disguised as mineral water in bottles. Deceptive and downright contemptible. 5. The owner arrogantly shirked all responsibility for any issues, callously suggesting we leave if we weren't satisfied, despite knowing there were no alternatives nearby due to the season. 6. The room reeked of a nauseating stench, making our stay a nauseating ordeal. A testament to their utter lack of hygiene standards.

Hotel owner doesn't allow early check in whatever may be the case, so if you have early morning arrival, prepare to sit for 4, 5 hours until the room is ready. Owner is not empathetic with customers hardship

Hot water available only at specific timing. Hotel main door closes at 11:00 pm and overall it is a family friendly stay

Terrible experience room was full of stinking smell. It was very terrible to sleep there. Very dirty bathroom and full of stains there. Dirty bedsheets
no ventilation in room and bathroom. Lift was malfunctioning and caused a delay of 20-25 minutes in check out. Would never advise anyone to go there.

A very terrible stay in the hotel. Too many mosquitoes in the room. I had a book ac room but the hotel staff told me the website booked this room wrongly. They force me to take another room. They provided me with a defective good knight mosquito repellent. No warm water for 24 hours. The cashier was very rude and just wanted money. The mosquitoes but my daughter all over and it was itching. We didn't like the behaviour at all.

Horrible stay
cant call this a hotel. Its like a lodge with no facilities charging exorbitant amounts and they have told the rates are high because mmt charges double from their customers

This hotel is not good for a multitude of reasons:
1. Very dirty. 2. I assumed prices were cheaper but paid the highest price possible and stayed in the lowest class possible. 3. Extremely basic facilities. 4. The blankets were extremely dirty. They changed the blankets when we asked them but the new ones were same dirty too. 5. It had the smallest bathroom i have ever been to any hotel. 6. I was told the hot water facility is available between 6am and 10am but no hot water. I asked about it and was told to keep water running for about 15 minutes but no hot water even after 20 minutes. The guy then dropped off a few buckets of hot water. This whole ordeal took a while, and if we had hot water, we could have been able to complete it within half an hour and would be on our way earlier. 7. I am not at all exaggerating, but this hotel was the worst hotel we have stayed at till the date. It's not worth the money at all.
