Hotel che ha un poco dinero anni. Le stanze e i bagni sono state rinnovare da poco. Il Restaurante Buffet e stato Analizzato e non è più al aria aperta ma è stato chiuso con vetrate. Struttura molto pulita, il personale gentile ma a volte un po distratto. Ha due piscine, di cui una direttamente attaccata al bar. Una spiaggia bellissima il mare ah l'acqua bassa. Purtroppo un banco di alghe si trova proprio tra spiaggia e frangia onde. Il rapporto prezzo qualità e buono. Una cosa che da fastidio prenotate uno dei ristoranti bisogna recarsi alla lobby, dove un addetto fa la prenotazione per la sera nel ristorante prescelto, solo che non sempre sta al suo posto. Questa cosa Oggi giorno si organizza meglio. Comunque ci torneremo.

Volevo passare una giornata al mare e abbiamo voluto provare un posto che non avevamo mai visitato in passato e ci siamo diretti al resort in questione. Il posto visto dall'esterno si presenta molto bene così come la gentilezza sia del personale che ti accoglie all'arrivo in auto sia del personale della reception (molto educati e collaborativi). Quando invece ci si dirige alla spiaggia, dopo aver pagato per una giornata all inclusive, cambia tutto!!! Nessun tipo di accoglienza di alcun genere e puoi posizionarti dove capita (e ci può stare) anche se il personale è presente e potrebbe darti informazioni sulla struttura. Il bar della spiaggia poi è decisamente da scartare. Il personale è poco interessato alle esigenze del cliente e non hanno la minima idea di come si prepari qualsiasi tipo di cocktail ma quel che è peggio è che hanno a disposizione prodotti scadenti (birra compresa). All'ora di pranzo la sorpresa: un buffet self service ove il cibo disponibile è di qualità ancor peggiore di quello che si può trovare al bar della spiaggia. Qualità super scarsa e scelta ancor peggio!!! Dopo pranzo ci siamo spostati nella zona reception ove sono presenti le piscine e seppur anche lì l'attenzione è minima risultano presenti sia un bar sia alcuni negozi (caffetteria compresa) dove la qualità è sicuramente superiore. Tutto sommato è stata una giornata alquanto negativa!!!! Difficilmente ci tornerò

L'hotel era a posto, l'attenzione era eccellente, tranne che era piuttosto lontano da un certo numero di luoghi che meritavano di visitare, come LA Ciudad Colonial.

Hotel situato nel quartiere di Baco Chica. D’esterno, non sembra un hotel ma passa il portale questo posto è sorprendente. Un piccolo scintillante di verdura dove fa bene fiamma sulla terrazza (a dispetto del rumore della strada). Le jacuzzi et la piscine sont très appréciables. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la climatisation fonctionne bien, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de chaîne de télévision française de proposition. L'accueil est sympatique et de bons conseils. Il ristorante attaccato all’hotel è perfetto. Questo hotel è perfetto per il viaggio d’affari o in coppia.

Molto buon servizio clienti è anche molto potente. La posizione geografica dell'hotel è buona. Ci sono centinaia di metri sul mare. Il servizio dell'hotel è anche buono. Il ricevitore della ricetta è molto entusiasta e piace aiutare la famiglia!

The hotel was gorgeous! Very beautiful and clean. The check-in clerk was very helpful! We could see that there were several activities available, such as multiple pools and the beach, but unfortunately weren't staying long enough to take advantage of many of them. We did enjoy lunch on a restaurant built on a pier over the ocean with absolutely beautiful views!
