Just a few steps from the lake this Yuba house is part of an exclusive Lakeside Home experience in Utah. Newly built with Large rooms and plenty of hangout space this home is perfect for family fun and company retreats! All 4 bedrooms have a master bedroom style setup with attached bathrooms! Theres lots of trails for biking, side by sides, running, motorcycles and more. We also have kayaks and paddle boards at the house for lake fun. We have a private dock for fishing and parking boats About pets:No pets allowed.Absolutely no pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:The house has a gravel driveway. 4x4 is recommended and will be necessary if there is snow on the ground..No Smoking No Pets. There will be a $1000 fine for guests who break these rules.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.Must be 25 feet away from the home.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings.Maximum event attendees: 30,No Illegal Substances.

Great Trip!
This is an awesome house sleeps a ton and you can’t beat the views. Enjoyed the dock! Great time, we would do it again in a heartbeat!
