Very nice hotel close to alot of tourist spots nice views and food is very good

設施稍微有點陳舊，但是非常乾淨。服務非常好，酒店禮賓給了很多吃的玩的的建議，也一直幫我打車。就是位置稍微有點不方便。

Positives Some of the staff were exceptional and truly went above and beyond: 1) The cleaning staff were incredibly happy and even joined me in a short dance in the hallway accompanying music that was playing. 2) Narie-Ange from the gym area was wonderful in assisting me with my needs and in understanding the issues currently plaguing Lebanon. She spent a lot of her time... 3) Garine from reception was extraordinary, staying after her shift had ended to assist me with organization and with local contacts. She has been invaluable. Negatives: 1) My booking was with the nearby Hilton Metropolitan but although the booking was accepted and no communication was forthcoming, that Hilton was closed and my booking was unilaterally transferred to the Hilton Habtoor. 2) When I arrived at the Habtoor, the receptionist had no record of my reservation. After 15 minutes, my reservation was finally located. 3) I requested a higher floor than what I was allocated, and the receptionist indicated she could do that within two hours. After over two hours, another receptionist stated the move was not possible??? This inconsistency was resolved the following day. 4) My in-room phone didn’t work initially. I learned the cable was too small and as a result, disconnected every time the phone was used. 5) My tv didn’t work initially. The problem was solved by manipulating the cables. 6) A wire is hanging out of a hole in a wall next to the lifts on the 9th floor. 7) Room service required a cash payment, which had not been communicated to me. The waiter had to leave and return with a MPOS to complete the transaction. That said, the room service food was very good.

One of the best , actually the best hotel in lebanon . I have stayed in several hotels in lebanon , be it for holidays or business trips , but this one topa them all . A big huge recognition and thanks to the Food and beverage manager Cynthia , we were a group of 50 people who all ate and drank at the same time , the food was spectacular , the best buffet i have had for a very long time . Her team was very helpful and professional and always smiling and ready to help . !!

Been waiting to get back from my birthday trip before I send a review. My stay at Hilton Beirut was brilliant. I also cried when they gave me a birthday surprise and I felt genuine love from the staffs and come to think of stranger making me feel so much emotions was a feeling I still can’t get over it explain. Also shout out to the reception personnel’s on 28th August, may God make strangers dote and love on you forever even when least unexpected. And shoutout to The pretty miss Sarah she also offered to take a picture for me that I looked so pretty on my check out day. When a pretty lady compliments another pretty lady now that’s top tier 😎👅

I stayed here for a week on business and I had a good experience. However, the premises need to be refreshed. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the best customer service in Lebanon. Every single individual was genuinely nice and helpful and it is a shame that there were so many things in my room that affected my experience because the staff alone make this hotel a real gem. My room was dark and smelled of smoke. I had a huge balcony so I tried to keep the windows open. There were cigarette burn marks on my bedside table and parts of the bathroom were broken. I could not figure out the A/C as the instructions were for a different type of control that seemed to have been there before. The views from the high floors are very nice, though, and although I did not like to be in the room because it felt like a dusty cave, I enjoyed taking the elevator to the restaurant at the top floor. I wish the rooms had all that natural light and polished look of the elevator and restaurant. The food was wonderful but most importantly, the gentleman that runs the service for breakfast is an absolute superstar. He is constantly walking around refilling water glasses, offering more coffee and bringing omelettes to customers. It was a join to greet him every morning. The ladies at reception are equally fantastic, ready to give you recommendations about the city and happy to answer any questions. Both my check in and check out were smooth. This hotel is made great by the people who work here who are extremely helpful and kind. I think their hard work and amazing customer service deserve better facilities. The building itself is impressive. It just needs some love.

Wonderful and beautiful , comfortable, super quiet room. The room was very spacious, everything was in wonderful condition, the room was very quiet and well insulated, I didn’t hear any noise from anywhere at all, not even outside, the glass is very thick and insulated. Also, just a spectacular stay, I had dinner at the Italian restaurant at the Hilton metropolitan, and that was fabulous. Fabulous meal, very wonderful experience and excellent excellent staff that caters to every need of the guest. I have to mention Mr Ihab Iskander, he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and walked with me to the restaurant at the other Hilton hotel( metropolitan), when I wanted to go to the restaurant at night I wasn’t sure how to get to the other side , and having to get through different rooms and how to get exactly to the restaurant, and he walked me over, he took time out to walk me to the front door , he explained about the restaurant as we were going there, so I really appreciate the service from him and the entire staff who go above and beyond, more than any hotel I’ve seen, to guarantee the comfort of guests, the hotel is beautiful, and in a wonderful location, you could walk to city Center mall from there, just a very good experience, and I definitely will return, highly recommend!
