Non fatevi ingannare dal nome!!! Camera sporca e persino Anticimexbox (per insetti). Colazione davvero scarsa. Peggio ancora, alcuni membri del personale non avevano quasi nessuna competenza nei servizi e il manager non ne aveva. Bel letto e vista, ma non ne vale la pena.

Avevo prenotato una camera all'hotel Vox ma le camere erano deprimenti e clausterfobiche. Siamo riusciti a prendere una camera al Grand hotel invece e tutto quello che posso dire è Wow! Grand sa davvero che aspetto ha una camera d'albergo. Camere grandi con molta luce dalle finestre e una bellissima vista su Jönköping. Grazie mille per aver salvato la giornata.

There are some things you want to keep to yourself— like this hotel. If you’re looking for a flashy restaurant or 24-hour room service this is not for you. But if you want a decent-sized room, an excellent bed and a more than adequate breakfast you’ll find them here at an affordable price. Well recommended.

Central hotel in Jönköping with comfortable, clean rooms. Really liked my bed and pillows, however the hotel could in general need some modern updating. Nice large breakfast in the morning with many choices.

Very friendly staff, but rather rundown hotel. Water was running onto the floor from the toilet, toilet seat wasn’t properly on, smelled a bit of sewage in the bathroom.
The Hotels page claims the hotel has a bar or lounge, that was not true, which was quite frustrating.
Breakfast was better than feared but not as good as hoped.

I arrived late one night and I was shocked when I saw the room. I had expected MUCH more for the price. Old floor, doors, furniture. And the smell was the worst, smell of old, dirty house. I will never come back. This hotel should be shut down and renovated.

Expensive for what you get. The room wasn't clean. Full of dust under the beds and ventilation. Very noisy from the street. Breakfast was very limited and in a unpersonal area. No description of what anything was not even juice or nuts. Our son got a allergic reaction and we had to leave in a rush.
