L'importantissima Qualità dell'Accoglienza, così rara negli hotel JB, è eccezionale. Complimenti a Umar, Jason e al team. 👍🏼 😍. Il check-in è veloce ed efficiente. Il codice di accesso alla struttura tramite tastierino numerico, se la reception non è presidiata, può sembrare ovvio, ma è di grande aiuto sia per la sicurezza che per la qualità della vita degli ospiti dell'hotel. Le camere sono davvero impeccabili, asciugamani e lenzuola sono nuovi e freschi, i bagni funzionali e le docce 🚿 piacevoli. Tutte queste sono rarità che non sono da dare per scontate negli hotel JB in questa fascia di prezzo. A proposito, anche la Camera Singola Senza Finestre è abbastanza spaziosa e l'aria condizionata e il Wi-Fi (selezionate la banda a 5 GHz) sono molto efficienti. Una raccomandazione facile e forte da parte mia. Visito JB da oltre 15 anni, ho vissuto a JB per oltre un anno prima del Covid-19 e sono stato estremamente critico nei confronti degli hotel JB (prezzo, qualità, servizio, pulizia e sicurezza) nel corso degli anni. Swing & Pillows @Johor Bahru è una riuscita ristrutturazione di una vecchia proprietà. Ben fatto 👏🏼 💕.
