Hotel in zona City center of Johor Bahru, Johor Bahru

Check in took a while as there was only 2 counters open. Clean room however sound proofing of room not too good - could hear fireworks from downstairs although i was on the 28th floor, and also people closing doors along the corridor. Staff were friendly but front desk didn’t inform of facilities available or wifi details during check in, had to figure out ourselves.

The stay at Z Hotel in Johor Bahru as a family my wife, our 6 year old daughter, and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls, eateries, and popular attractions, making it easy for us to explore JB. The room was modern, clean, and well-maintained, providing a cozy stay for our family. The bed was comfortable, and we all slept well. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Z Hotel JB. It’s a great choice for families looking for a clean, modern, and conveniently located hotel in Johor Bahru. Would definitely consider staying again on our next visit!

The place is really good. Thought I would just get a glimpse of JB but the place is perfectly situated to so many cultural aspects seen. Plus the view of the entire building to Singapore is really amazing. Though it's a short stay, I will definitely miss staying at The Bess Homestay.

Clean and spacious. The building is newly built, so everything looks so new. Comfy and convenient place to stay with restaurants/ marts/ even rnf mall nearby. Nice sea view. Units are provided with coffee/bottle waters/netflix/fridge/washing machine etc same as description. Good service from the host ! Very responsive and clear instruction for check in. Highly recommended to all.

A better stay this time with KSL! This time we stayed at tower 1, the room looks newer. Only downside is that the aircon fan can be a bit loud. Breakfast variety is good, quality is average. Gym and swimming pool are good! Definitely gon stay here again next time :)

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the toilet was spacious with complete amenities. However, the service was very disappointing. Room 808 had a strong smoking smell, and the floor manager just sprayed perfume to cover it but the smoking smell is still there. When I requested a room change, the customer service staff was extremely rude, telling me to call back at 9 PM because it was their break-fast time and i should respect. They were also reluctant and made it seem troublesome to change room. Propose Hotel management to arrange non muslim staff to handle calls during break fast timing in future, as Foreigners might not comprehend the situation. Another major issue was the parking system. It is confusing for first-time visitors, as hotel guests need to park at level B2 and validate their Touch ’n Go card for free parking. During dinner hours, the queue for validation was ridiculously long, with only one counter available. We had to wait in a line with more than 10 people ahead of us, which was frustrating, We are rushing for dinner, hence, we paid parking cost RM27 for just 3–4 hours, which is unreasonable. The hotel staff, especially the phone helpline team, were rude and impatient. Calls took a long time to be answered, possibly due to staff shortages during the fasting month and Hari Raya eve holiday season. Due to the rude staff and poor service, I will not stay at this hotel again.

Hi a very big & comfortable room. Only thing is that the bathroom has a fixed shower head & not a portable host. As for the fixed shower head, if you turn on the water & off it, after sometime, there will be 2 series of water auto dripping from the shower head. Not sure if it is like that as it can be quite spooky if it suddenly happens in the night. Nice breakfast too.

Adoro tutto su questo hotel, dai tipi di camera, servizio clienti, e strutture alla zona serena della piscina e della sala fitness. Sicuramente consiglio altri. Questo è l'hotel perfetto per una via romantica in (Posizione). La zona centrale della strada principale è un segreto ben tenuto, e l'hotel offre tutto quello che ti serve se ti senti come se dovessi scoprire.

L'hotel dispone di una posizione fantastica – HDL è solo in piedi e la piazza della città è aperto lungo la strada, rendendola molto conveniente. La camera e il letto erano puliti e confortevoli, che hanno fatto per un piacevole soggiorno. Ma mi sentivo deluso con la piscina, che non era ben mantenuta, con alghe visibili che rendevano la superficie molto scorrevole e impuro. Siamo arrivati all'hotel alle 6:00, ma solo una delle nostre camere era pronta. Finivamo ad aspettare fino alle 9:00, e solo dopo aver fatto una chiamata, ci è stato detto che la seconda stanza era pronta – non c'era aggiornamento precedente. Inoltre, abbiamo chiesto di mettere in servizio gli asciugamani supplementari che non sono mai stati consegnati.
