The room facilities are old and worn out, shower head fall off from the wall due to holder loosen. We requested to stay in non smoking room but the room next door have smoking smell and sound can hear coming from room beside me.

Service staff is good cleanliness is normal but the pillow is really bad and dirty

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and cozy, and the amenities were top-notch. It was the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!😍🥰

Nice will be back to this hotel for my next visit. Enjoy the bathtub but the bed too hard to sleep.

Kids friendly. I really love to stay in new York hotel JB. Still remain old and classic vibes that gave me my childhood memory❤️

The only thing good is the space n perhaps the location, the bathroom bathtub is chipped off I don't even dare to use, the basin drainage is rusty, there was phlegm inside I cant even bring myself to take pics of it... Towel smells funky. Honestly this places needs a major overhaul....

The location of the hotel is not too far from immigration checkpoint. I like the spacious big room and toilet come with a bathtub. The only not satisfy of the the hotel is the wall and furniture look a bit old, not furnished new. There is no charging points near the bed. They have facilities of night pub, Spa and a mini pool in the hotel. Hotel breakfast is traditional lesi lemak, goreng , curry etc...not international food. Overall great stay for a cheap day trip.

Hotel abit rundown but everything else is acceptable.Staff is so approachable and friendly.Hotel is equipped with toothbrush and soap,shampoo.Stayed for a night.There is alot of restaurants.thank you.

We came during the Haji holiday weekend. The room was basic and dated but has everything you need. The only major issue I have was the toilet which was equipped with a very strong shower but its too strong due to water pressure so its hard to have a proper shower without wetting the whole bathroom. Hopefully there would be rectifications to the shower stand to adjust it better in future. Location was pretty good as there are several eateries nearby opened till late into the night. The hotel even has a minimart downstairs. It is only about 8-10 minute drive from Komtar JBCC

Checked in was easy and the staff was nice too. She released the room slightly early. Appreciated her service. The room was spacious and clean. Hope the hotel would add nice smell to the room…

My first impression was that the main entrance was relatively easy to find, if a bit awkward to maneuver for pedestrians. I must point something out here — during my entire stay, not one hotel employee in the lobby area greeted me or tried to offer assistance. Now, personally I’m fine with that; I generally don’t want folks hounding me to help with bags or what not. However, as you will come to find out, service in the food and beverage outlets was much much better.

Was a great experience thruout , high recommend , also important that it is a safe hotel
