Room is standard and bed is comfortable. However the hot water is limited, shower halfway the water not warm anymore, even I fully turn to the hot side the cold water comes out…end up I needed to shower in cold water. Toothbrush is provided without toothpaste.

Comfortable room within walking distance of amenities that include fast-food outlets, convenience stores and banks. In-house facilities include a restaurant & small swimming pool.

2nd time stayed here. A bit smelly in the room when I was getting in. Water pressure in the bathroom strong enough. Clean room with comfortable bed. Weak Wifi and unable to connect with the TV and keep loading. Overall was acceptable for the price range.

This is my 3rs time stayed here. So far had an excellent experience and good improvement by hotel by adding android tv in the room. Swimming pool for this time was under maintenance. But unfortunately wifi is slow and always buffering to connect with the tv and always lost connection. Please fix the issue. Will repeat to stay here again

Well maintained overall. Comfortable beds, easy to use room amenities. Some water stains on amenities and had to call housekeeping to replenish things on second night. Gym facilities were quite used and shaky. Swimming pool looks clean for kids. Hotel location looks suburban hence away from hustle of city.

Good for a short stay. Attractive price per room. Staffs are friendly. U need to pay RM100 deposit upon checking in. Many eateries around but it is quite further away from the city. Nearby Sutera

Everything is good….. Hotel did managed to secure us a room we requested.For the price paid it meets our expectations.Pool was great for kids too… Connections for television needs improvement.But its a lot better.Last time it used to be grainy.Now we can watch youtube only Wifi is slow so hang alot. Thank you V8….

Location wise the hotel is not really convenient although it is located nearby Bukit Indah area. Toilet facility is a bit old style and hot water splashing seems insufficient pressure. Cleanliness of the bedsheet need to be improved as it’s seeming dirty! Front desk service staff is not friendly and very particular about the check in time at 3pm asking customers to keep waiting even there’s already rooms available!!!!

This is our 2nd time to stay at this hotel. The room was clean. But the shower have a bit problem as it a bit loose. Parking a bit limited. But overall stay here was good. The price was reasonable.

Very nice… good good good 👍👍 The hotel room looked new, clean and comfortable. If I come next time, I will choose to stay here again.

my repeat stay at junior suite, this time the room not very good, light in bedroom spoilt. Hairdryer also not working, 2nd day complaint to reception than they fixed the hairdryer. if better room the experience will be better.

Everything ok..only thing is the room was not soundproof enough and can hear next room n outside
