First of all I book the euro hotel but I get the confirmation for T hotel when I asked the receptionist she answered it's confirmed under T hotel...why?
The service is average but the cleanese of the hotel is worse... So smelly...how to stay so dirty...i check out immediately...

The place was super dodgy and no lift available. Sheets were dirty and there were bugs on the pillow. But its worth the price paid.

It could have been better, the room is big enough for 1 traveller however the water system needs work. The room is really cold and the aircon controller does not work. Bring your own towels!

Room 209 T hotel.
Mould on the ceiling and bed frame.
Cockroach running in the room.
Towel dirty with stain.
Water heater half way to more hot water.
Hair dryer not functioning.
The worse part is, room with strong cigratee odor!!!
Requested to change to another room with slightly better condition. However, bath room floor is not well cleaned, when it is wet, the soap stain cause it slipper.

Changes twice time the room but worst yet. The smell of room terrible and my mistake I book this room in midst of need but when you go the area . It’s have plenty of other better hotels . So not worth to spend your money here

Hmm.. for urgent night stay it is good enough but not idea for family. We stayed here to travel and back from Legoland which is ok. Anyway cigarettes smell everywhere :(
