Stay in may 2024. Room 1022. Newly renovated room triple superior room. Room is like 1 king bed and 1 single bed. Nice for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was a non smoking room but along the corridor, there are smoke smell, seems like someone is smoking in other room along the same floor. Hotel newly renovated is ok and clean but they might have forgotten something like disposable slipper, floor map, hand towel example and no hooks for hanging your towels too on the toilet Breakfast area at level 2 is enough to start your day but just nasi lemak, nasi goring, roti prata, mee mamak example. I think short start for sleep is ok. Hope the hotel can maintained the newly renovated room standard and really enforce other guests do not smoke in non smoking floor area. Walking distance to ksl and cheap grab ride to mid valley Southkey.

It's definitely not a new place but the renovated room is ok . Each room is only given 1 room key. We asked for another one and were told that they do not have enough cards.

Generally decent hotel but older type of hotel style. Rooms are a bit dull old looking but comfortable enough. When entering room, the room has a musty stale smell. Aircon rather noisy. Bathroom appeared clean and shampoo and grooming products were generally good. Going more detailed, the bathroom cleanliness needs to better, found some long hairs in the bathtub from previous guests. Shower tap unit was missing a shower to water spout switching mechanism, so could not switch flow of water from shower to waterspout. Had to leave the shower on until bath got fuller with water.

The booking of hotel via sgtrip.com is easy and smooth. We booked 5 days 4 nights with Crystal crown hotel back to back in 2 separate bookings. Upon our request, staff is quick to arrange with hotel to merge the bookings for staying in same room. Everything about hotel is generally satisfactory except the iron used to iron my father day T-shirt was dirty and damaged by the dirty base of the iron provided by hotel. Brought the matter to hotel with images, the manager of house keeping avoid us and without any apologize. The attitude needed to improve. However We have nice dinner at century food centre which is just opposite the hotel.

2nd time staying at this hotel and it does not disappoint me and my friends. Clean and really affordable. Walking distance behind ksl. Highly recommended!

Good location and worth value for money. Walking distance to KSL shopping mall. Hotel provides free breakfast which is reasonably good. Room is bright and spacious.

My wife and I really like the layout and ambience of the Chatter Corner Cafe. Having a sumptuous breakfast during our stay there was a delight and it would be marvellous if salted eggs can be provided to go with the porridge next time. Housekeeping service was good as the leaking bidet, phone and curtain stud were fixed after one feedback. Finally, the area outside our room with tables and chairs gave us the space to chill out too.

i booked the newly renovated executive studio. clean, new and nice. vinyl flooring is so much better than carpet. bed is comfortable. However, there's no safe in the room and quite noisy at night because of the traffic. hotel is just beside a busy main road. breakfast is average.

It was a last min decision to book a hotel. Crown crystal hotel shown a very attractive pricing that’s why booked it at once . Upon check in the hotel room is very big although it’s look old but for just a night stay was just perfect. Location is just alright n opposite got many food joint. Also near the hotel have many massage shop. Had a good massage after a long day .

Save your money, don’t come here. Got bathtub but dirty so just use shower head, sink leaking and staff seem aware as they placed bin directly below leak, ancient tv got static after turn on and can’t watch anything, have wifi password but it doesn’t work, breakfast no standard, give me again free also I don’t want, nearby not much food options.

Room is quite clean and spacious. Walking distance to KSL. Breakfast spread is ok though the cafe is very warm.

Stay at 14th level near lift 1. TV remote control is not working. 2. Room is noisy facing main road and toilet water sound is irritating Need maintenance
