Good location! Place is quite clean but maintenance should be check regularly! I strongly recommend putting a one time use slippers even is the cheap quality kind! And one more time the letter box are a joke where you need you lay down almost on the floor to open the box! Should be highlighted to the developer stupid design!

Location and service are okay. It is convenient to stay there. Cleanliness is better to improve, have small flies and flooring not so clean, and better to provide home slippers and bathroom slippers.

The Wi-Fi has not been working for two days. The service has been disappointing. 🥵

The place is generally clean. But we faced one major problem during our stay: the curtains are not blackout ones! Every morning, we get woken up by the very bright sunlight and cannot get a good sleep even though the curtains are fully drawn (see attached photo). If you're expecting to be asleep in bed past 7AM (the local sunrise timing), this place is definitely not for you.

Near causeway, near many yummy food. The apartment was also very clean, however the reception for Internet is quite poor. Data can’t receive, Wifi only can be used in living room. Overall, still worth the price and stay.

The unit is clean, but the coffee table is worn.. not presentable .. can consider changing the new one.. The electric smart door is also quite difficult to open.. Need to try a few times, then can able to open..

Living room air condition not working, keeps shutting off. Internet connection is very bad. No connection in the second room at all. Fan and light not working in room 1. Cleanliness is not very good, can still see soap stains at shower area and kitchen sink. Have a bad smell when you enter the unit. But overall, a decent unit to just stay for a night

The location is very convenient. The service provider will create a whatsapp group on the info and reminders upon check-in. Good experience! Only it is not easy to find the parking for that block we were staying.
