Hotel a Jōetsu

"The room was excellent, although I will say it followed the usual Japanese hotel style with smaller rooms. There was, however, more than enough room for my husband and I. The bathroom was fabulous and everything was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to issues with the snow. The location is fairly central and in a really cute area with a train station very close."

"Travelling with my mom. Had a brilliant stay even though there were super strong winds on that night. There was perfectly delicious restaurants nearby, only 2mins away was ootoya- excellent food and service. The man who was running the hotel reception was so kind and friendly and went to extraordinary lengths to help us with our luggage and shipping to our next hotel. The breakfast was also yummy, simple flavors but wonderfully traditional japanese fare. My mom has some mobility issues too, so we were glad to see the relatively spacious room and wider than normal bath tub. 100% recommended! One small issue with trip, not the hotel, I would have appreciated a more obvious flag out that the payment made online was a DEPOSIT. The man was quite flustered when I said I paid online already because you have to pay again when you get there then get a refund from trip after checking out. Please be aware of this when you book! But it was my oversight - although trip PLEASE emphasise these things a little more!"

"La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, vicino alla stazione di alta vite.La stanza può andare lontano dalla montagna.Il personale è amichevole e le strutture della stanza sono complete.L'hotel è dotato di caldo naturale, vi è un vino e una bevanda gratis dal pomeriggio al pomeriggio e una colazione gratuita. La mattina è disponibile."

"格安な割に天然温泉や2種類のサウナもあって、とても満足しています。新館はできたばかりで、綺麗なほか、防音対策もしっかり取られていました。施設の中に居酒屋もあり、美味しい料理で仕事仲間と楽しく会話が弾みました。朝ごはんはバイキングでなかったのが残念ですが、総合的にはコスパ良く、大満足です。近くにスーパーや有名なラーメン屋もありますよ。"

"房間以日本標準來說真的很大，而且服務不錯，車子可以直接泊在門前，然後步行距離內就有很多餐廳，我是從白馬開車去新瀉港中的一個中途站，覺得性價比很高，非常滿意的一次住宿。 入住時看到我不是日本人就直接把一張資料傳到給我了，寫得清楚明白 當天我是下午就到，晚上把車子停下來，然後步行前往牛角餐廳吃飯，那天的烤肉吃得很盡興很開心"

"Il posto è più lontano, ma è abbastanza tranquillo, la finestra è verso la strada interna.Non c'è nessun paesaggio. Il cibo è solo una sorpresa. C'è tempo per andare all'esterno dell'hotel, c'è una spiaggia (cassino) fuori dall'hotel (circa 30 metri) che può nuotare in estate.Ma le onde più grandi si sentono pericolose "

"Molto bene gestito hotel direttamente sulla strada dalla stazione ferroviaria Naoetsu. Camera tranquilla. Ho preso il treno 8am a Myoko Kogen 1 h, 1080 Y. Quindi un autobus 9.30am 380Y a Akura a snowboard. Mi è piaciuto il viaggio e dovevo essere a Naoetsu per altre ragioni. 7-11 vicino e molti piccoli ristoranti.  Il personale è molto professionale e amichevole."

"Choose to stay here because of parking lot available. The hotel is quite far from attractions but comfortable. The view of mountains from the room is impressive especially for the sunrise."
