"The room was really spacious by Japanese standards, and the service was excellent. Parking was available right in front of the door, and there were many restaurants within walking distance. I was driving from Hakuba to Niigata Port, and this was a stop along the way. I felt it was great value for money and was a very satisfying stay. Upon check-in, they noticed I wasn't Japanese and immediately sent me a brochure; it was very clearly written. I arrived in the afternoon, parked my car in the evening, and then walked to Gyu-Kaku restaurant for dinner. I thoroughly enjoyed the yakiniku (grilled meat) that day."

Come altri Toyoko Inn, la ricezione modesta è sul primo piano e ha un parcheggio limitato al di là dell'Hotel, e anche un parcheggio più grande aperto circa a 2-minute camminare lontano. La struttura è molto attraente, molto attraente e molto attraente, e il personale dell'hotel è molto amabile e utile, non è in grado di comunicare in inglese. Poiché l'hotel è situato a pochi passi dal centro della città di questa piccola città, non c'è centro commerciale vicino a cui non ci sono altri centri commerciali, tranne pochi cibi vicino alla stazione e a pochi passi da camminare. "There is Wi-Fi and a shower toilet in the room. There is no refrigerator. The shower room in the room cannot be used. The food is excellent. The breakfast is as filling as dinner. I was worried that this would cause a rift with the inn next door. They should at least put up a sign at the entrance as soon as possible.
