I recently had the opportunity to stay at treehouse amara from september 17th to 19th, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While i had initially expected a comfortable and pleasant stay, i encountered a multitude of issues during my time at this hotel. One of the most noticeable drawbacks was the absence of a geyser in the bathroom. This meant that taking a hot shower or even washing hands in warm water was a constant struggle. It's essential for a hotel to provide such basic amenities, and the absence of a geyser was a significant inconvenience. Furthermore, the lack of wifi connectivity was highly disappointing in this digital age. It's almost a necessity for both business and leisure travelers, and its absence left me feeling disconnected and inconvenienced. Another concerning aspect was the malfunctioning landline. This made it impossible to reach the front desk or request any services or information from the hotel staff. Even when i tried to contact them before 9 pm, there was no response, leaving me feeling neglected and unsupported as a guest. The food and beverage charges at treehouse amara were exorbitantly high. While i understand that hotels often charge a premium for dining, the prices here felt unreasonable and out of touch with the quality and variety of the offerings. Nighttime at the hotel was quite challenging due to inadequate lighting, making navigation within the premises difficult. This lack of proper illumination not only affected safety but also the overall ambiance. The room itself was disappointingly small, providing limited space to move around comfortably. Additionally, i encountered a persistent issue with water leaking in the bathroom, which created a slippery and potentially hazardous environment. What added to my disappointment was the complete lack of assistance from the hotel staff. Despite these various issues, no one seemed interested in addressing or rectifying them. Outside the hotel, there was a significant inconvenience in terms of taxi and auto services. The absence of readily available transportation options made it challenging to explore the surrounding area and added to the overall inconvenience. Lastly, the housekeeping service did not meet the standards promised in the marketing materials. The room lacked basic amenities like mats, and it seemed as though the hotel had not been adequately maintained. In conclusion, my stay at treehouse amara from september 17th to 19th was marked by a series of disappointments and inconveniences. The absence of essential amenities, lack of communication, high f&b charges, and various other issues marred what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and works towards improving the overall guest experience in the future.
