hotel has courteous staff although small hotel but it has comfortable rooms & will stay next time also as it is affordable

Every thing is fine room and service and food even, but toilatries like dentil kit, comb shoop are not at place

We had booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights starting from 17th jan 24. Rooms were road facing. On starting day (checked in at 11pm) found bath room exhaust fan making too much sound which was attended next day. Tea maker, hot water at bath, fan, centralised ac, lift, door lock, mattress, sheets were in excellent condition. Daily 2 water bottles were provided. Complimentary veg bf was excellent with many options. Staff at reception, break fast and gate were very helpful and smiling. Good eating places like janta sweet home 0. 8km and kalinga nv restaurant 3km at station rd were excellent. There other chat restaurant and public liked but cheaper were available. 3 wheelers in share mode available in front of hotel. Uber taxi also available at hotel. Although 3 wheeler demanding 1200 /day for citi visit, it is cheaper to visit to single destination umaid bhawan and then fort by 3 wheeler. Auto wala know eating joints better.

Comfortable room. Good quality of the mattress and bedsheets. Bathroom with shower cubicle ( not much common in 3-star hotels in India) and good lighting. Food is regular. Only pure vegetarian. Quite spicy even though asking no spice. Crew well trained to respond quickly. High point of the staying. Too noisy.

services rendered by hotel sriram empire was up to the mark of our expectations.
especially floor manager shri govind has taken care off like homely stay and he is very polite & soft spoken and extended his help whenever required.he is dedicatedly serving the guests.
moreover,make my trip has coordinated for reimbursement of doubly payment which was made by me inadvertently.
i am thankful to "make my trip" and i always book the hotels,railway & air flights bookings.

Rooms, service and location etc. is all okay. However breakfast needs a lot of improvement by way of taste and preparation.

Hotel highlights Great value
Rooms are good. Toilets are too small. The size of the TV is tiny compared to the room size.
The hotel is so compact and has no place for fresh air. I don't know how the local authority has given permission to operate. Very unsafe in case of mis happenings.
