I’ve been visiting RAAS Hotels for years and have always had good experiences. However, during our recent visit to Dari Khana at RAAS Jodhpur to celebrate a friend’s birthday, we faced a disappointing situation. We were seated in the outdoor area, and due to the heat, one of my friends politely requested a fan. The server, Mr. Jai (or Jay) Solanki, responded in a very rude manner by gesturing dismissively with his hand, as if annoyed by the request. He did eventually bring the fan, but the way he behaved was unprofessional and quite surprising, especially coming from a property like RAAS that’s known for its hospitality. This was genuinely the first time I felt let down at RAAS, and I hope the management and ownership look into this and ensure that staff uphold the respectful and courteous service that guests expect.
