Excellent hotel, very close to jodhpur airport. Stayed for one night here.
Ho avuto degli scambi di email con l’Assistant Front Office Manager per un check-in anticipato e per dei chiarimenti sulla stanza. Mi ha stupito la freddezza e, oserei dire, la mancanza di gentilezza nelle risposte, capitatemi per la prima volta nella comunicazione con hotel internazionali a 4 o 5 stelle. La colazione era completamente vegana, cosa che non viene messa nella giusta evidenza dall’albergo. Io infatti, ero convinto che, essendo un Radisson, catena che frequento spesso, avesse la classica colazione internazionale e indiana. Non l’avrei scelto sapendo che veniva data una colazione vegana. Il personale è preparato, competente e anche molto presente. Questo ad eccezione del personale addetto al check-out che ha avuto uno sguardo ironico alla mancata accettazione del pos di ben tre carte di credito tramite contactless. Sono stato costretto ad utilizzare una delle tre carte fisicamente, che, ovviamente è stata accettata. Era infatti il pos che non funzionava con pagamenti contacless. Nonostante ciò, non ho ricevuto nemmeno una mezza parola di scuse. È senza dubbio un buon hotel, con un buon personale, ma chi lo gestisce dovrebbe avere più cortesia e riguardo verso i clienti.

However with regards to early check in, your request was received on 27th June on whuch hotel replied same day stating same will be on subject to availability basis. Radisson Hotel Jodhpur is a pure vegetarian hotel which is mentioned on the email sent by Reservation team and also on the brand website and all online travel agent portals. Upon departure the contactless mode of payment was showing error hence the Associate requested for credit card with which payment was taken upon departure. Eccellente hotel nel mezzo del Rajastan, un’oasi in mezzo agli hotel di standard non europeo che caratterizzano questa zona. Piacevole anche la spa, pulita e professionale. Colazione abbastanza “indiana” ma ci sta. Camera bella e spaziosa.

Sono stato in questo locale per cena dopo una giornata di lavoro: il ristorante è molto confortevole, il è cibo di buona qualità, il servizio è molto attento e professionale. Certamente da ripetere nel caso di visite a Jodhpur in futuro. Molto soddisfatto.

Buona cena vegetariana. Cibo di alta qualità non eccessivamente speziato con varietà non solo indiana. Servizio eccellente. Tutti molto cordiali. Anche le stanze sono top. Spaziose e confortevoli. Location perfetta per un viaggio di lavoro.

Ottimo espresso, camere comode e piscina ampia. Sono vegetariani e purtroppo non offrono uova a colazione, piccolo neo della struttura. Abbastanza centrale per le visite al forte. Siamo restati solo due giorni. Fa parte del Radisson ma è gestito dal proprietario della struttura, che è giainista

Fantastico hotel che si sviluppa tra aeree verdi, viali e vialetti. Noi avevamo una deluxe room che consisteva in un cottage. Bella, spaziosa e con un bel bagno. Ottimo il ristorante, vini e cocktail e il servizio. Staff molto disponibile e cortese. Sicuramente consigliato per relax nel caos di Jodhpur.

Excellent service and good location. Staff at hotels very friendly and helpful. Manish and Neha at House keeping very helpful . Mr shiv of Housekeep should proud of his team. Excellent choice of great buffet breakfast .and specifically vegetarian choice.

I stayed at Radisson Jodhpur twice in December 2024 during my one-week trip to Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. The hotel is well-located, close to major attractions and well-connected within the city. However, my experience had both highlights and areas that could be improved. Pros: Clean & Spacious Rooms: The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and provide a relaxing stay. However, during winters, if the air conditioning is not functioning, sound insulation becomes an issue—you can clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms, especially in the washroom, which can be quite disturbing. Exceptional Restaurant Service: The real highlight of my stay was the restaurant team, who went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. Special thanks to Mr. Ankush, Ms. Noorin, Mr. Suresh, Chef Rakesh, Smiley, and Singmirin for their outstanding hospitality. Mr. Ankush took the time to understand our needs and even arranged special meals for my child. Noorin & Smiley deserve a special mention for their efficiency and warm service, which enhanced our dining experience. Pure Vegetarian Cuisine only: The hotel strictly serves vegetarian food, which might be a concern for the guest preferring Non Vegetarian food. Efficient Luggage Handling: Mr. Vikas managed our luggage smoothly and remained calm and courteous even during high-pressure situations. Cons & Areas for Improvement: Early Check-In Issues: The early check-in, which can be a major inconvenience, especially for travelers arriving early. If you require early check-in, I strongly recommend getting written confirmation from the hotel in advance. If an early check-in isn’t available, consider starting your Jodhpur trip from Jawai (around 3 hours drive from Jodhpur) instead, to avoid waiting at the reception for hours. Reception & Guest Handling Needs Improvement: My check-in experience was disappointing. The reception team, particularly the morning shift on December 22nd, 2024 (8 AM duty roster), was poorly trained in handling guest queries and responses. A luxury hotel should ensure that guests receive a warm welcome, not a frustrating wait with little assistance. I strongly recommend that the hotel train its front desk staff on guest relations and sensitivity. Given that early check-in is a recurring issue, the hotel should consider keeping a few rooms available to accommodate early arrivals and improve the guest experience. Final Thoughts: Radisson Jodhpur offers fantastic food and service in the restaurant, but the check-in process and front desk experience need serious improvement. If the reception service is addressed, it could significantly enhance the overall experience.

Beautiful property, very good service, very polite staff. Must visit you are in the jodhpur area. Very large rooms, property very close to jodhpur airport, so logistics conveniently located. All the restaurants offers good rajshani cousin.
