Lots of things for your teens to do! My son celebrated his 16th while there and had a blast. Teen center was fun! Lagoon was nice. Service poolside was amazing. If you go make sure you ask what section Javier is servicing. He will take great care of you!! He is very attentive and goes above and beyond to make your day great! Building itself was not in the best shape for only being a year old but food and service made up for it. Don't forget to hit the ice cream shop each evening for a sweet treat. Escape room was pricey but still a lot of fun!

The service was all exceptional especially Jonathan Cabanas and Roger Aree @ the Coktal Bar. By far the most entertaining and friendly members that I encountered. If you are a ever in Cancun the Ava is where to go.Until next time, never a good bye.

The staff are absolutely wonderful, they anticipate your needs before you even have time the think. They are extremely nice and helpful. Any time we left our room, snacks were restocked and beds were made. After checking out, we hung out at the cocktail bar while waiting for our shuttle. We were assisted by Jonathan Cabanas and Roger Arce, they were very nice and enjoyable to talk to!

The entire experience was excellent. From the quality of service, to the accommodations, to the shopping. Everyone here was more than willing to bend over backwards to help. Ava is an outstanding Resort. As a matter of fact, I am bringing my girlfriend here next month

We had the opportunity to stay at AVA and take a couples massage preceded by a hydrotherapy at their Spa. By the way, the hotel is top notch, with high quality standards and delicious restaurants, the level of Customer service is through the roof. The experience at the Spa was magnificent, we enjoyed it so much that we were starting to be late for our couple’s massage, but we spoke with Yulitzin at the Spa and she went the extra mile for us, she made sure we received the complete Hydrotherapy with a scalp massage that was amazing and it put the perfect bow for our experience. I would go back there for our next vacation without hesitation! Thank you

Leonardo was the best bar tender I’ve ever had! Works at the Martini bar outside of the Italian restaurant! 10 out of 10 would go back! He took very good care of my wife and I, and had the highest level of professionalism to date, and made the best espresso martini I’ve ever had!

Leo is one of the best bartenders here!! Find him at the martini bar and he will treat you right!! They have tons of options and even when you don’t know what to get his suggestions were always spot on. I highly recommend coming to see him. He’s new here but his skills are 10/10.

We went for our honey moon and we loved it! Food is really good, Veranda and copal were my favorites. The service was excellent, all the staff was really nice and helpful. Rooms are really pretty and the bed really comfortable. Everyone in the hotel helped make our honey moon great!

Hotel is completely new and new amenities are being built. Attention to the guest is superb and restaurants Copal and Veranda are exquisite. We celebrated our honeymoon and had a really nice experience, recommended for celebrations and for having a really relaxing vacations.
