Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu - MGallery

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Great Stay

今天我跟朋友去成都玩，想去泡温泉，住到了海泉灣美憬閣索菲特酒店，那體驗簡直絕了！剛走進酒店，就感覺特優雅、特精緻，一下子就喜歡上了。 咱那客房可寬敞了，佈置得老温馨了，房間也打掃得非常乾淨，對於我這種對整潔度要求比較高的人來説，體驗感真的非常的好，啥設施都全乎，用着也很方便。酒店服務員態度老好了，熱情得不行，不管找他們幫啥忙，都麻溜地給解決，而且都會耐心地去解決我的問題，太周到啦！ 對了，他家温泉必須得誇！水乾淨，質量也好，各種各樣的湯池，想泡哪種就泡哪種，太得勁兒。酒店周圍風景也好看，我倆沒事兒就溜達溜達，整個人都放鬆了。這地方太棒，真心安利給大夥！

温泉酒店真是太棒了！環境優雅舒適，服務態度極佳。我們進入房間的那一刻起，就被温暖和寧靜所包圍。最讓人驚喜的是温泉體驗，水温適宜，泡完之後感覺身心都得到了放鬆。酒店的食物也十分美味，早餐豐富多樣，Roro還贈送了小童早餐，在這裏度過的時光，是我近期最難忘的回憶之一。無論是家庭出遊還是朋友聚會，這裏都是絕佳的選擇！👍👍👍

簡直不要太棒了 雖然酒店距離成都市區比較遠，但是走新通的那條高速，真的南門一個小時就到了酒店以別墅為主，很多獨棟的別墅，我們這次住的是豪華大床房，房間面積很大，還有陽台 下午到了後先去拍了寫真，然後喝了蓋碗咖啡，再去騎了自行車，然後才去泡的温泉，室外温泉估計得有十多個吧，不怕下餃子，池子也很乾凈，還有個紅酒池呢，有漂亮小姐姐在拍照，就沒有下去泡 晚上就在酒店解決的晚餐，很多人都定的羊肉火鍋套餐，我們簡單吃了點，就在酒店遛彎兒了，環境是真的好啊，太適合散心了，晚上還約了沙療，第一次體驗，很舒服，解壓 第二天的早餐自助也是很不錯的，西式中式，應有盡有，推薦麪條，肥腸鹵子太好吃了，下次還會約姐妹一起來的

酒店非常舒服，離成都不遠，先説硬件：1、一居室的房間非常大，帶小朋友很多東西，隨便放，房間帶獨立湯池、床非常舒服！2、温泉非常棒，温泉水乾淨、室內温泉池小童很愛，一定要租可以玩的海豚，小朋友可以玩很久 軟件服務：1、酒店很多可以參加的活動、自行車騎行、划船、旅拍、頌缽療愈各種，完全不會無聊 2、訂房後管家會提前聯繫，做好所有的服務準備，所有的工作人員都是有禮貌、樂於幫助、有求必應，小朋友過生日，給了很大的幫助
