the variety of food in the breakfast spread was good.
I especially like the complimentary fruit tray provided every afternoon and light porridge every night.
the hotel was very understanding and had offered to change my room due to the leakage from the heavy rain.
as I did not request for the change, I was impressed that they had try to accommodate thou running on full occupancy.
I was impressed by the hotel teamwork n unity.
the team worked together to block the flood from entering from the main gate by stacking the sand bags,
they worked tirelessly in the heavy downpour and overcoming the flood.
I will surly visit there again if given the chance.

TThe Wandering RoverI recently stayed at the Hamptons by Hilton Jining Canal Park and had a mixed experience. While there were some positives, there were also a few notable drawbacks that impacted my stay.
Positives:
1. Staff: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay more pleasant.
2. Amenities:The hotel offers a good range of amenities, including, a well-equipped gym, and free Wi-Fi. These added value to the experience.
3. Breakfast:The breakfast spread was excellent! There was a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits to hot dishes, and everything tasted great. It was definitely a highlight of my stay.
Negatives:
1. Location:The hotel is located in a rural area, quite far from the city center. This made it inconvenient to explore local attractions or dine out.
2. Air Conditioning: The AC in my room didn’t work properly. Despite having the settings on the coldest option, it only blew out warm air. This made sleeping uncomfortable, especially during the night.
Overall, the hotel has its strengths, particularly in terms of service and amenities, but the location and AC issues were significant downsides. If you don’t mind being far from the city and can ensure the AC is fixed, it could be a decent stay.

CCherylTGSMs Zhang received us and briefed us on the amenities. The hotel also provided a welcome snack of pastries and fruit, plus specially brewed tea for better sleep. We had the whole place to ourselves - it consisted of a bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor, a four poster bed on the upper floor with additonal bathroom and toilet, and finally a large basement with seating area. Would be great for a family. Next day, breakfast was great, with millet porridge, freshly made dough sticks, and wontons in soup. Couldn't have asked for more! Wonderful place in Qufu, we will definitely book it again!

Ddaisy0705Come dirla, la posizione e l'ambiente dell'hotel non hanno molto da dire, ma il servizio non corrisponde al posizionamento dell'hotel. È comprensibile che ci siano molti ospiti che effettuano il check-in durante le vacanze del Primo Maggio, ma bisogna avere un piano, invece di dirci che dobbiamo aspettare un'ora e mezza quando effettueremo il check-in alle 2, il che completamente ha interrotto il nostro piano di itinerario. E non siamo gli unici ad aspettare, la sala è piena di clienti in attesa. Questo è solo un gruppo di addetti alle pulizie? In secondo luogo, durante il buffet del mattino, i tavoli degli ospiti che avevano finito di mangiare davanti a loro non venivano sparecchiati da molto tempo. Ho osservato in particolare lo stato di lavoro del personale, ed era così lento che non c'era abbastanza manodopera. The grandfather and I had a wonderful discussion the day I left and he told me that they hoped I would visit them again.
