作為金華數一數二的酒店，對他總體感覺還是偏失望的，沒有五星級改有的水準。從服務上來說，服務人員態度還是可以的，但是總覺得缺少熱情，多次經過走廊大廳等遇到服務人員，幾乎沒有主動說你好的；設施上來說，酒店應該算新，但是走廊每次走過都有一股混雜煙味的氣味；重點吐槽下空調，特別是晚上睡覺的時候，打到一個設定溫度后，大概會一秒打一秒停，持續不斷，雖然已經調到最低風量，但還是嚴重影響睡眠。另外，酒店窗外的風景還是不錯的！

SShane CanadianA very nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great open view of the park and the mountains. The rooms have modern controls for the lights as well as motorized curtains, which made for convenience both when going to sleep and waking up in the morning. It was also nice that a phone charging cable with the three different adapters was provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a large sink and shower. It is nice that the shower has a choice of rainfall or regular nozzle. The shower controls were also very modern and you merely pushed the button for your preferred shower method. It seemed that the guest before me was unaware of this and had broken the temperature control and not reported it to the hotel. The front desk was quick to send a repair person who was very thorough in fixing the control. While the shower had good water pressure, it seemed at peak times that there was not enough hot water as the shower temperature was just slightly warm. To get a hot shower, I had to wait until late in the afternoon or late at night.
The checkin was fast and the attendant was kind enough to honour my request for a non-smoking room on a high floor. The lobby is spacious with a nice tea area. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. However, it was a bit noisy as other guests were not always mindful of the calibre of hotel they were in, which ranks in the 5 star category. It was difficult to try to get some work done with people playing videos loudly on their phones, talking on speaker phone or kids running around. This really took away from what should be a calming space. While the hotel attendants tried to maintain order, it really was a losing battle for them.
The location is really dependent on what you are looking for. I found it nice to have the open park view but there are not many interesting restaurants around. For the middle eastern food, you need to bike about 1.5km. This was fine when the weather was good, but it was not convenient during the latter part of my stay when it rained all day.
A few things to be aware of when booking. The breakfast was large with a lot of options but it really is a Chinese style breakfast. To call it Western and Chinese is quite misleading as there were only a few Western options, such as omelets. There is a great large screen television in the room, but only 2 or 3 English channels with the others in Chinese. There is a shuttle bus to the market, but it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only runs twice per day.
The main area for the hotel to work on is its consistency of service. Some of the employees were outstanding but there seems to be a need for additional training. For example, the room came with a complimentary daily minibar, but I had to ask each day for it to be refilled. This was quite embarrassing to do, especially when the stocking was just some soft drinks with a single Tsingtao beer. Also, when I was in the toilet, one of the chefs walked out without washing his hands. While he may have washed them (hopefully) when he returned to the kitchen, he should be sure to wash them in front of guests. Lastly, the pool and fitness area seemed to require special access and the people working at the desk for the pool made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to see the facilities, so I just left and did not return. This was particularly disappointing because one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for these facilities.
Overall it is a very nice hotel and I would book it again. But additional employee training would be appropriate so the service does not take away from what is a high quality hotel.

We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:
**Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店
**Check-In Experience:**
We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.
**Final Thoughts:**
This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.
In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages.
Would we return? Absolutely!

All'inizio, ho pensato che la scatola arancione contenesse una specie di tesoro. Bravo ragazzo, si è rivelato essere un asciugacapelli. Anche l'estetica del capo è Fantastico. L'impulso di comprarne uno; qui arriva il punto chiave della colazione: le uova per la colazione hanno facce sorridenti e non ho potuto fare a meno di ridere quando le ho aperte. È un piccolo dettaglio che è molto salutare e commovente. Lo adoro , e me lo ricorda subito. Ho anche disegnato dei motivi sulle uova che ho regalato alle mie amiche al liceo, e ho fatto delle foto per loro. L'insalata di verdure è una combinazione di bellezza e bontà. La cosa ancora più divertente è che ho pensato era pane, ma si è rivelato essere un modello, è morbido al tatto, molto Q-rimbalzante (allegare l'ultima foto). Oh, e inoltre, la lampada da comodino può essere nascosta. Quando avrai bisogno di usarla, sarà accesa quando la tirerai fuori. Chiedo caldamente di richiedere una notte extra, ma sarò chiamato dal capo per andare a un altro posto nella calda estate.La prossima volta vieni a Yiwu e vieni di nuovo a vivere a casa tua. SSu MyatI recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Hengdian, and I cannot recommend it enough! From its unbeatable location to the exceptional service, everything about this place exceeded my expectations.
The hotel is just a 4-5 minute walk from the Palace of Qin, making it incredibly convenient for exploring attractions. This palace is one of my favourites of all attractions in Hengdian. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to the Along the River Qing Ming Festival gate, and I loved strolling there in the evenings. The area is packed with amazing restaurants, and I highly recommend the grilled shop just 5 minutes away—it’s some of the best grilled food I’ve ever had! Lawson store is only 2-3 mins walk away! Desert and snacks are so yummy and much better than what you get from 7/11 convenient store in Australia. 😅😁
I stayed in a room on the 4th floor, and the view was great! The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers breakfast for just **18 yuan**, and the soup was particularly delicious. If you’re looking for more food options, the surrounding area is a food lover’s paradise. The hotel staff even helped me order food and recommended some fantastic dishes, which I paid for via Alipay. Their recommendations were spot-on, so don’t hesitate to ask them for suggestions!
The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Even though I don’t speak Mandarin, they were incredibly patient and helpful. One staff member even walked with me to the tourist center to help me get tickets! Since I stayed for 5 days, I opted for the Hengdian world studio yearly pass, which gave me unlimited access to all the attractions—some of which I visited multiple times. Along the river Qing and Ming festival - I recommend you to go there two - three times - one during the day time, one time around 5:00pm till late and then one time around 07:00. If you are a Song Dynasty lover like myself, you will never get sick of visiting this place. So many things to look at. Please use Baidu translate for Museum description. Very informative and transported back you to Song dynasty civilian life!
If you’re planning to visit Hengdian World Studios, this hotel is the perfect base. You can take DiDi to other attractions and is very convenient. It’s clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near all the major attractions.

PPIERREHotel is well located, clean enough and has decent facilities. However I was bothered 3 nights in a row by 2 neighbours rooms inside which a lot of hotel guests were just always speaking loud, keeping their door always open, smoking hookah (even though we were in a non-smoking floor), and listening to very loud music even in the middle of the night. I got awaken randomly at 2, 4 and 5 am by big bass booms and loud oriental music. Although I complained, nothing was really done by the hotel management to solve this issue (in a normal world this kind of disrespectful guest should be automatically checked out and refunded). This pretty much ruined my business trip as I was clearly sleep deprived. Next time I will go to another hotel.

Questa persona ha effettivamente portato la birra nella vasca da bagno, così da potersi immergere comodamente nella bacinella e ordinare un po' di huazi. Questo è il massimo piacere di un viaggio d'affari... 😅
