RRomeryÈ stata la nostra seconda volta all'Hotel Kingdom e abbiamo intenzione di rimanere sempre lì. Il personale è davvero eccellente. Ci hanno aiutato a cambiare la nostra prenotazione anche dopo il periodo di cancellazione, a causa del ritardo del volo. Kelly, che può parlare inglese, era incredibilmente carina, e ha chiesto a un conducente di raccogliere all'aeroporto la nostra Apple Power Bank, senza la marca CCC, altrimenti sarebbe stata conservata dalle autorità. Quando siamo tornati all'hotel 2 giorni dopo, è stato memorizzato alla ricezione e abbiamo preso. Dovremmo solo pagare per il conducente. Non abbiamo parole per questo genere di gesto. Amazing! UUtente ospiteThis hotel is a 5-7 minute walk (about 3 blocks) to 秦王宫 and 梦幻谷 (the amusement park which I don't recommend). 清明上河图 is about a 15 minute walk from 秦王宫 so the distance to these 3 main attractions is quite close. I felt like the room itself was really nice and cleanly, everything looks new. I will say though that you can hear the customers next door if they are loud (but I was here from March 17 - March 19) and it was very quiet for the most part. The toilets have heated seating and automated flush. My favorite feature is the 4 different lighting options and the floor lighting around the bed and in the bathroom so if you get up in the dark, it will light the way for you.
My one complaint is that the sheets have a faint smell of smoke, but you can let them know if that's the case.

MM531893****Un hotel con uno stile particolarmente buono. Sono venuto fuori per giocare. L'hotel è molto importante. Hahaha, c'è un piccolo robot È molto carina e molto divertente con cui parlare. La ragazza alla reception è molto amichevole e di bell'aspetto. Ci siamo seduti nell'area di riposo dell'hotel mentre aspettando l'autobus e c'erano bevande gratuite. È stato fantastico. La colazione era deliziosa. Dimenticalo, ho fatto delle foto. Ce ne sono di molti tipi e il gusto è buono. Sono molto felice di stare qui. Spero che tu sia felice pure.

SStanley The Travel ManThis are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.
I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat. The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure.
I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.
The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up. The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.
There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.
The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.
One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting ) , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.
I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).
I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach.

We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:

**Check-In Experience:**
We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.

Ci sono sempre freecrème glaciale tra 3.pm-6.pm e alla reception sono la possibilità di ottenere piccoli oggetti per la pulizia del corpo gratis.
L'hotel è appena ristrutturato e tutto è molto pulito.
Il colazione mattina è molto ricco.
Il cuoco offre personalmente uova fresche, zuppa cinese o pancake.
C'è un buon equilibrio tra cugino europeo e cugino asiatico.

Perfect for sourcing trips or attending trade fairs. That said, there aren’t many eateries around the hotel, so meals might require delivery or a short ride out.

My room was very spacious and clean, much more generous in size than I expected. The smart controls were a nice modern touch, and the bed was comfortable with good linens.
A really thoughtful detail? They provide a foot soak tub right in the room. And after spending hours walking through the massive trade center, I totally understood why. Your feet will thank you.
However, do note that around 5pm, the noise from car horns outside gets pretty loud, especially if your room faces the street. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room on a higher floor or bring earplugs.
