酒店硬件可以，裝修風格也有設計感，但就是軟服務欠缺，整個團隊感覺培訓不夠專業！早餐體驗非常不好，菜品補充不及時，可選擇的品種也不太多，國慶假期就餐人多，餐廳裏亂糟糟的，各種服務跟不上，感覺人員都是在亂忙，煮麪的大姐也沒有什麼服務意識，説話的語氣我是不太愛聽，煎雞蛋的大哥也感覺像臨時拉來幫忙的，穿着自己的服裝，感覺很不衞生，明檔裏不戴帽子不帶口罩！整個早餐廳感覺根本就沒人在管理！吃完早餐帶孩子去小童樂園，由於標識不太清楚，找了半天，遇到個服務員也是愛理不理的！退房的時候前台就一個人員，還有要辦理入住的，還有要退房的，一個人怎麼能忙過來呢，退房和入住高峯時間也不知道為什麼衹安排一個人在前台，想不通！另外，地下停車場漆黑一片，也很臟，感覺很不好！建議酒店加強培訓，好好增強所有員工的服務意識！否則裝修這麼好的酒店可惜了！
