EEllaThe free pick up service from the train station was excellent. Big luxury van, but the hotel is more like a service apt or air bnb . Lobby on second floor very dingy. But rooms ok with somewhat river view. Bathtub is a fake one. It is literally only there and you can move the whole tub with one hand. Plus is your own washing machine in the room. Breakfast is at a different location and mediocre food. Swimming pool under renovation they said. Very touristy area but convenient. Traffic can be crazy.

HHaitun3大3小帶孩子出遊西雙版納，主要看中超大平屋子有個私人泳池，考慮孩子喜歡游泳玩水，所以訂的這個。當晚入住辦理覺得不是特別方便，跑上跑下。房間是真的舒服，窗外風景也不錯，二個房間帶獨立衞生間很方便，適合二個家庭一起。樓下也非常熱鬧，逛街吃東西方便，但是價格覺得貴，覺得被宰的感覺，都是東北人，記得最清楚就是孩子想吃魷魚，問幾個攤位35元一串，比上海貴一倍多，不明碼標價，隨便喊。酒店美中不足的一個是衞生，我們入住2晚，白天退房才看到孩子玩得泳池裡沉澱下來的像青苔一樣的看圖3，感覺好久沒換水了！之前都是晚上很晚了回來孩子水裡玩一會兒，天黑沒發現。還有一個就是入住當晚，睡半夜房間床頭附近燈圈都自動量了，關也關不掉，睡覺都衹能頭頂很亮的光線入睡，第二天出門忘記跟前台説了，以為他們打掃房間能看到燈一直亮着，結果晚上11點回來還是這樣，又太晚了，怕沒人修，又亮燈睡一晚，主要這一圈燈很亮，天花板，床頭燈，電視背景牆燈，哎！這2晚睡眠不咋好，退房才告知前台。這二點挺遺憾的。

E'pulita sulla superficie, ma la qualità complessiva dell'edificio è certamente problematica. Anche se guardate più vicino agli angoli o alle apparecchiature da bagno, non è pulito molto bene.Si continua con tinture sul divano, per esempio.
Il letto e le mutandine sono comodi.
La nostra stanza aveva una colonia di anatre in essa ..., che divenne annoiante.
L'ascensore è un altro problema.Abbiamo avuto una stanza accanto all'ascensore e si può sentirla a notte e al mattino funzionare. È rumore nella stanza e mentre si sta cercando di dormire.
Il servizio ... è un mal di testa. Sono gentili e disposti ad aiutare e a provare il loro meglio, ma è tutto ciò che riguarda. Il personale è mal formato, se del tutto. Basicamente, devi dirgli cosa dovrebbero fare. Non riempire il documento di bagno, per esempio.
Colazione .... ”non abbiamo questo, non abbiamo questo”, quindi devi negoziare con loro ciò che possono servirti per colazione.

DDhanya KimberleyHo prenotato 2 hotel in questa zona, per metà della settimana, e li ho scelti sia per le loro piscine che per le belle camere/spazi.
Il personale è stato incredibilmente utile e rispondente ai miei messaggi su WeChat, ma ha ammesso che è la prima volta che hanno avuto ospiti non cinesi e che ci sono stati diversi problemi che hanno bisogno di migliorare. La cerimonia del tè ha lasciato i miei genitori confusi, perché non c'era alcuna traduzione utilizzata, e molto poco spiegazione per la sessione. In altre situazioni, ho avuto cerimonie di tè che comprendono spiegazioni su come il tè è fatto, come dovrebbe essere bevuto, che tipo di persone bevono questo tipo di tè, ecc. (Per superare la delusione di questo, abbiamo ricevuto un pacchetto di tè delizioso).
Il nostro hotel è stato scelto sulla base delle strutture della piscina e siamo stati molto delusi di arrivare all'acqua di piscina con le sue rame e altre rotture all'interno. Ma non si è fatto molto per pulire le piscine finché non ho sollevato la questione; quando siamo andati al secondo hotel della mia scelta, avevano più piscine, tutte pulite e piene di acqua, anche se la stessa tempesta li avrebbe colpiti.
La foto era grande, e il fotografo era eccellente. Le camere erano comode e la zona di seggio era bella. Non abbiamo usato la zona di seggio all'interno della sezione della piscina, tuttavia, a causa della piscina sporca, ecc.
Il colazione era servito solo il primo giorno, e poi un buffet il secondo giorno. Per noi, personalmente preferiremmo il buffet, così potremmo scegliere le nostre porzioni.
Penso che nel tempo il personale si accrescerà la fiducia con gli ospiti stranieri e questo resort sarà molto goduto.

LLaurie972The hotel was even better that what we were expecting. The facility is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. Everything is available on site and if you like exercising and relaxing … this hotel will be the best choice for you. Amazing gym open 24h with all the necessary equipments, the indoor pool is clean with a good water temperature for your daily swim. You also have a clean sauna, hammam and hot bath available in the changing rooms (plan to turn it on 20mn before to use it when you will need). The hot springs are just outside the gym so it will be perfect to relax after a day visiting Xishuangbanna. The outdoor pool is nice and clean ( perfect if you go on a family holidays with kids ). The room is spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff and the rest of the team at the reception, restaurant … were all amazing and did everything to make our stay to be memorable. The restaurant even offered us several times some additional western dishes to make us happy. Ariel added my contact before our arrival to check if we needed anything and helped us during the stay. The breakfast was diverse and very tasty( the pain au chocolat and croissant were delicious). We have tried the dinner buffet once which was good but more Chinese dishes. The hotel is about 25/30mn from downtown so it is convenient if you want to be in a peaceful place but still near by the main attractions. You will need to travel a bit longer to go to the wild elephant valley, the primitive forest and the tropical garden but it was still ok. Thank you to the hotel and all the staffs for that amazing and memorable one week holidays. 10 out of 10.

BBenjamin Sch.We have been visiting the Pullman Resort during our Golden Week Holiday. The hotel was quite empty despite the festival season. We also know the Pullman in Sanya Bay well and were somewhat disappointed of the one in Xishuangbanna. Overall, the hotel was way too expensive for the provided quality and services, we cannot recommend it.
Pro:
The hotel has been a nice choice due to its rooms in good conditions but nothing “special”.
+ The location is a bit outside of Jinghong - so it’s quiet and green, you can do nice small walks in the area of the resort
+ Since it wasn’t full, you could easily get some space during breakfast
+ The breakfast was quite nice (but monotonous after 3 days).
+ Very nice of the breakfast staff: in the last morning they provided us some bacon since the children were looking for it
Cons:
General:
- The service level was not good at many places of the hotel:
- No English speaking staff in the hotel. Especially at the reception it’s a big disadvantage
- No shuttle service to public spaces
- In the area are not many shops or restaurants and at least many were closed during our stay (maybe because of Golden Week)
- The outside breakfast area is not nice and you are more or less forced to sit inside due to pest control during morning
- The intensity of pest control was terrible; every day they sprayed somewhere in the hotel chemicals. During the morning the garden was fully covered in smog of chemicals and you cannot go outside; even inside the breakfast area you could smell it; one day in the afternoon the entrance street to the street was fully covered with smog and it was almost impossible to walk through there, due to pest control the whole garden is literally dead, don’t expect nice butterflies or dragonflies - it’s all gone (see the first picture)
The pool service is poor for many reasons:
- You cannot order any food or drink at the pool;
- They don’t have any seat mattresses/cover, you have to sit on the blank chairs
- The number of seats at the pool is very limited, even when the hotel was not full, not every person could get a seat
- The sunshade umbrellas are useless as they cannot be moved or changed and their direction does not protect well against the sun
- The requirement to wear a swimming cap is strange and everyone needed to buy one…
Overall:
We cannot recommend the hotel for higher price, if you get it for low price it’s a good deal but look for some alternative if you can.

Il primo piano è anche disponibile per bere tè gratis. Il piu'famoso è la piscina al cielo al 9° piano!La posizione dell'hotel è anche fantastica. È nella zona di scena a due ovest, e pochi minuti a piedi possono raggiungere il mercato della luce stellare.
Il colazione è auto-assistenza, ricco di tipi, con specialità cinesi, e versione di riso di riso, questo servizio non deve essere detto! Molto consigliato a tutti!

UUtente ospiteAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.

评价酒店已下部门：
卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。
