It’s very spacious room. The location is walking distance to the night market.
It offered me a complimentary pick up from train station by messaging me thru Trip messaging feature.
The receptionists are very friendly and they always offered me water bottle while I was waiting my didi to come. However, I hope the owner will train them better to handle international guess as it seems they were still confuse what they need to do

The hotel's location is great, as it's not too far from the night market. However, it took quite a long time, about 40-45 minutes, for me to obtain the room key from the lobby because I am a foreigner. Nonetheless, the staff was helpful and tried to find a solution, managing to provide me with a room.
But the rooms had not been cleaned at all, which was seriously disappointing. When I arrived, the housekeeper had just started cleaning and it took almost an hour. It's frustrating to arrive tired from traveling and not be able to rest in a room that you have already paid for.
We had to wait by ourselves to check if the room was cleaned and ready for us to stay. However, there weren't enough housekeepers to clean due to the high number of guests staying on New Year's Eve, but is that what the guests should receive?

1) Unable to arrive at hotel door-step due to road closure near hotel as hotel did not prepared for such inconveniences to guests checking in. Our luggage had to be dragged from a nearby drop off point by the airport taxi.
2) Our booking package included a complimentary transfer from hotel to train station on check-out date but was told at check in time that this has been withdrawn. Request to see the manager was denied although there was someone in the office to whom the receptionist consulted. After some insistance, this free transfer was restored and the receptionist assured us that transport to train station on check out date was confirmed.
3) The receptionist was repeated reminded of the transport to train station during the period of our stay in the hotel.
4) However, on check out date and to our surprise, the receptionist on duty was not aware of any transport arrangement... She then arranged the transport to take us to the train station.

衞生很差，馬桶都是尿漬。早餐更很差，幾乎沒有什麼能吃的。窗户對着一堵牆，間距不足20公分，關鍵這個縫是樓下燒烤店的煙道。窗户軌道壞了，窗户關不上，夜裡2:30全家人被濃濃的油煙嗆醒，不停地咳嗽，感覺哮喘發作。後面幾天玩都沒有玩好，每天都在咳嗽。老闆沒有一絲歉意。

排羊頭賣狗肉.我預訂的是禁煙房.酒店裡到處都是吸煙.電梯裏.走廊都有人在抽煙.早餐特差.遲點出來吃.什麼都完了.衹有幾道菜.尤其電梯.衹有一架特慢..早上出門有時要等上2回.

剛到酒店就感受到了前台工作人員的熱情服務，酒店位置也是在告莊西雙景區旁邊，幾分鐘就能到東南亞最大的星光夜市，早餐也比較豐富，出門就是小吃街，坐公交還是打車都很方便，房間也是小度全智能房間長者入住也很方便衹需要動動嘴就能控制房間所有電器，房間乾淨整潔。總體來説是一家性價比，比較高的酒店，下次來還會選擇這家酒店，
