2000多公里到版納，第一個坑就是這個酒店，停車場臟亂差，前台服務那個男的胖子，服務態度極差，網上評論都是刷的吧，陽台也看不到星光夜市夜景，説他廣告欺詐，直接不理你，900多一晚，訂兩晚，馬上退訂一晚，原來攜程也不是我第一個人投訴他們的

Do not book at this hotel or prepay anything. They will try to scam you. We booked a tour via de reception and the operator confirmed all costs were included. The driver asked us after 5 min of driving to pay extra and when we refused he brought us back to the hotel. The reception who organized this trip refused to pay us back for no reason. We paid on our card so we canceled the payment but its good to know for other travellers how they operate at the hotel.
