Recensioni su Zijing Hotel (Jingdezhen China Ceramics Museum)

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la vicinanza al Museo della Ceramica. L'hotel si trova a 15-20 minuti di taxi sia dall'aeroporto che dalla stazione ferroviaria. Poiché i taxi sono onnipresenti ed economici, tutti i luoghi turistici sono raggiungibili senza problemi. L'hotel è nuovo e si estende su una vasta area con almeno 7 edifici separati. Questo non è comodo nel caso in cui la propria camera sia lontana dal ristorante. Ma c'è un buon servizio navetta. L'hotel non appartiene sicuramente alla categoria a cinque stelle. Il ristorante è già chiuso alle 20:00. Anche il buffet della colazione è lontano dalla categoria a cinque stelle, offre principalmente pasti cinesi con una scelta limitata di piatti europei (ad esempio niente formaggio). È disponibile la macchina per il caffè. Il personale è cordiale. Il negozio di porcellane è buono. Abbiamo comprato lì diverse cose a prezzi abbastanza ragionevoli. Non c'è un bar per la birra o il vino, è un peccato perché l'hotel non si trova in un'area urbana popolata. Un ringraziamento speciale va al giovane dipendente Vern. È stato molto gentile e disponibile, dandoci suggerimenti sui luoghi che vale la pena visitare e persino organizzando un'auto con autista per visitare l'antica città di Yaoli (questo servizio non fa parte del "pacchetto hotel", e tuttavia Vern ha cercato di fare del suo meglio per aiutarci. Riepilogo generale: ragionevole hotel a 3,5-4 stelle.

Wonderful hotel. Rooms Big, well decorated, good design. Stuff Very nice, very helpful, good service. Breakfast Average. Swimming pool Big, water is heated. I wish the air was heated too. It's in separate building, so a little inconvenient but the hotel drives guests around the hotel campus for free.b

Located on the edge of town and a quick walk to the Ceramics Museum, this hotel is the perfect place to unwind. It is also a very quick ride from the airport. The food was excellent, the view was incredible, and the service was top. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Jingdezhen!

Hotel is very closed to the museum (only 2min walk) as we stayed in building 6. Rooms are clean, spacious and bright with nice little gifts given when we arrived the room. Breakfast was also very good with good Chinese spread selection.

The hotel is pretty nice and the breakfast is very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great service! Very clean facilities and really really kind staff, that put us at ease immediately! The Chinese breakfast was great, the continental one not so much, but it’s comprehensible since so little foreigners visited China in the last few years, I’m sure they’ll improve that as well now that more international tourists will come! Overall great hotel, I highly recommend it to everyone!

The room was very comfortable. The buffer dinner and breakfast very big and generous. Very happy about our stay.

Higher end hotel walking distance from the porcelain museum! Facilities feel elegant and clean, while the staff was professional and friendly. Staying here makes going to the museum incredibly convenient!

端午節在紫晶賓館住了4天3晚，2間房，帶長者和孩子出行，整體感覺不達預期，甚至很差，尤其服務方面。先説覺得不錯的地方，第一，距離陶瓷博物館很近，我們住7號樓，過一條馬路十分鐘用不了就到，這也是酒店的優勢。第二，酒店位置不在市中心，比較安靜，這也是我當初選擇這裏的初衷，不想環境太吵。但是酒店的槽點太多，住到第二天就覺得想換地方了。第一，酒店服務有待加強，沒有服務意識，有種國營賓館的味道，住了4天3晚沒有遇到過打招呼的工作人員，不管是前台還是餐廳還是走廊打掃房間的阿姨。第二，還是服務上，沒有管家服務，現在甚至民宿都會有管家，但紫晶賓館沒有管家服務，這幾天沒有感受到任何服務，甚至第二天晚上在外面回酒店路上，八點多，因為下大雨，外賣送不到，找酒店問有沒有晚餐衹能通過攜程打電話問酒店，一通轉接周折告知八點半後沒有晚餐衹有麪條，問什麼麪條，能不能發個菜單，説沒有，就是普通麪條，問能不能提前點好送到房間，告知要收15%服務費。服務費能理解，但服務的態度像個機器人，感受不到任何的感情。第三，酒店打掃房間後會給個酸奶放房間，需要冷藏的酸奶直接放床頭，而且還是限量，一個房間一個，普通的杯裝酸奶，一個房間住三個人，衹給一個的服務也是醉了，説實話，還不如不給，處處透露着小家子氣，小童拖鞋三天衹給了一雙，不會給換新。第四，酒店衞生有待加強，有衞生死角，甚至這幾天地上的頭髮，孩子撕掉的紙條一直在地方躺着，沒有清理打掃。另外，洗手盆邊沒有毛巾架，很不方便，洗完手滴滴答答的要去浴缸讓拿毛巾擦手。第四，酒店的早餐基本三天一模一樣，油條包麻餈是特色，但是太硬了，我一個年輕人都費勁，長者孩子壓根吃不了，油條像是幾天前的乾巴巴的，早餐味道還算可以。第五，並沒有收到評論裏提到的小禮物，雖説小禮物都不值錢，但總是一分心意一份驚喜，但是沒有。晚上悄悄的來，上午默默的走，沒有歡迎也沒有再見。總體來看，下次去景德鎮應該不會選擇紫晶賓館了。

房間很乾凈，隔音好，晚上睡覺很安靜。本身我們訂的3號樓，給我們免費升級到7號樓帶浴缸的房間，7號樓是新裝修的，要更新一點。出門打車也很方便，過個馬路就是中國陶瓷博物館，超級方便。有一個小問題，衣帽間的暗燈沒法關閉，睡覺不喜歡有微弱燈光的就不太友好了。

到賓館的路上，出租車師傅説這裡是景德鎮最安全的地方，賓館在半山腰，環境很好，服務也很好，還準備了消毒過的浴室用和室內一次性兩種拖鞋，進門送來小點心和飲料，服務很貼心，早餐也不錯，設施比較傳統，有自動窗簾，床墊舒適，周圍安靜

酒店環境很棒，緊鄰中國陶瓷博物館，地理位置優越，5公里內覆蓋主要景點，周邊1公里內餐飲購物店鋪眾多，酒店車位充足停車方便。房間寬敞明亮，床品布草整潔舒適，早餐比較豐富，員工服務熱情，應答及時。中餐廳菜品食材新鮮，出品色香味俱佳，價格公道，不願外出在酒店解決正餐是明智之舉。作為當地老牌五星級酒店亦是外事和政府接待的專業酒店，軟硬件設施完備，是來景德鎮旅遊住宿的不二之選。特別感謝客房部潘經理和江領班以及餐飲部蔡經理的熱情服務和辛勤付出，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。
