There is a parking lot, but no charging stations on the mountain. There are two charging stations in the village at the foot of the mountain, but they close at 5 PM and require queuing. Hygiene: We checked in at noon. Rooms 801 and 803 got a power card and went out for a drive. There was even a curled-up mosquito coil on room 803's pillow! Because it's in the mountains, we were worried about mosquitoes, so we closed the doors and windows and left the air conditioning on. When we returned from Chengkan around 10 PM, our child found the bed covered in insects, big and small, swarming everywhere. We reported this to the hotel, and they changed our room, arriving at 10:30 PM. Because it's a container-style house, the new room was incredibly hot and stuffy without air conditioning. The hotel never apologized and even accused us of leaving the balcony door open, allowing the insects in. We checked before leaving. We were also worried about losing things, so we not only closed the balcony door but also locked it. Every hotel we stayed in had its power card inserted and the air conditioning on when we left. They then complained that leaving the lights on when we left them led in bugs. How were we supposed to know the room was leaking?! The room they assigned us, 806, had poor drainage in the shower; the water drained very slowly. If we showered slowly, the water overflowed. The next day, we didn't retrieve our power cards, and when we returned that evening, it was incredibly hot and stuffy. It took fifteen minutes of air conditioning to bring the temperature down. Facilities: Poor. The floorboards along the only way in and out of the room were broken. A long screw was just sticking out! What if someone tripped over it? Service: Poor. The management staff clearly haven't worked in chain hotels or star-rated hotels. They have no empathy; not even an apology! It's like the service of a short-term rental room. There was even a live fly in the cantaloupe dish cover at breakfast!"
