Discovery Parks - Jindabyne

Discovery Parks Jindabyne is a very clean, well appointed and well positioned park about a 20 minute drive from the SkiTube. The park overlooks the lake which has a concrete path you can walk or use to cycle into Jindabyne. We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom cabin which had a good sized verandah where you can sit outside and view the lake, full sized and well equipped kitchen, separate loungeroom, nice bathroom with a very large shower and 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other catering for 4 kids. Very comfortable, well maintained, clean and tidy. The staff at reception are very professional and friendly. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Park and would highly recommend coming here. We are repeat visitors due to its cleanliness and lovely location on the Lake. Also caters for campers, caravans and campers. Highly recommend a stay.

The bunk beds are very unstable, the tv didn’t work, disappointed in the lack of their supplies such as kitchen , door handle broken. Other than that nice stay. Thank for the stay in number 2 cabin, my friends came and had car service nice time , simple easy access to the road to Thredbo.

I am very disappointed with the service, I made a booking for work related reasons and the very next day my work situation had changed which was out of my control. So I called them the next day and asked for a refund and they would not out of goodwill refund me the full amount and charged me 1 night stay. They offered to reschedule but I wasn't travelling for a holiday so I wasn't able to choose that option. So please be careful before booking and keep this in mind because they will show no mercy or goodwill if you need to make a cancellation for any reason and will only act upon their policy.

Discovery Parks Kakgoorlie and Bubury WA. I took up membership at Kakgoorlie Discovery Park last year. 2023. On Sunday 25th Feb 24 I book online. With my Member Number. I arrived at Bunbury Discovery Park to take up.my site. In which I have never been to before. Staff Member claims My Name & Member Number has been Blacklisted? I am shocked, dismayed and livid all in one. She also claims to have returned My Online Payment. Here's hoping it returns to my bank account. Worst caravan Park Organisation Nationally I've ever !

A mate pre-paid 5 nights in a 2 bedroom (1 queen room and 1 bunk room), I joined him 2 nights into his stay. I pre arranged with reception my arrival. At checkin i had pretty much beg for a 2nd key and i was told i couldn't have a boom gate pass. This did my head in as the park was far from full, so they would of had plenty. I offered to pay extra and i was still told no. Other than that, no complaints the cabin was great.

Absolutely loved our stay. We stayed in a Superior 2 bedroom cabin with Fireplace, cabin #90 and it was perfect, couldn’t fault it. Everything was brand new and very modern, full kitchen, great sized bathroom with a full shower (with great water pressure!) and a cozy fireplace. Our cabin was in the bottom corner of the park, below the tennis courts and we had a fantastic view straight out across the lake. The park is in a great spot, right on the lake, across from the turnoff to Thredbo and a few minutes drive into town. There’s also a Thai restaurant right outside the entrance to the park which we highly recommend, lovely service and so delicious. We did a day trip one day to Thredbo which was about a 30 min drive, and a day trip to Charlotte Pass which was about the same. We visited in the first week of October and there was still snow on the mountain at Thredbo and at Charlotte Pass. We will 100% be back!
