Hotel Panickers Residency

A Big AC room ( though old) in Karol Bag at Rs.2,500/- is definitely great thing. Food and room service ( food) were good. But, some improvements are required,. 1. One bottle (500 ml) drinking water per day is quite insufficient for 2 pax. Provide at least One Litre water per pax per day. 2. During my stay for 4 nights from September 10 to September 14, 2024, there was no running hot water in the room. 3. Behaviour of Most of the staff, including front office, are quite indifferent and slow in action. Give special attention to this point.

Our recent stay at this hotel ***** with my larger family including aged parents has turned into a nightmare. We had booking of 3 rooms for 4 nights. After completing 2 days, one morning, the staff was bluntly asking us (not even a request!) to vacate one of the rooms, without giving us any alternative. Then, we started searching for other hotels in the locality and found an alternative though more expensive for all of us to stay together comfortably. It was then late evening, after getting confirmation from another hotel, we asked for checkout from Panickers. Then, they suddenly changed their stand, willing to give 3 rooms and asked us to stay back. But it was too late as we confirmed to the other hotel. Panickers staff was then forcing us to pay for the entire night for 2 rooms, if we choose to check out. A call with the boss of the hotel staff (Mr Dey) turned out to be worser. Discussions went on till 11pm. He was not even considerate of our plight and was threatening us. Delhi being a new place for us, and as we were all tired on the days journey, we did not have much energy left to keep on arguing. Therefore, we finally had to pay the entire nights rent for 2 rooms even though we did not stay. I have travelled for over 20 years, but never had faced such hostile staff.!! It was a harrowing experience for all of us!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, The amenities were top-notch, The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city's attractions. Overall, a truly memorable experience with outstanding service. I can't wait to return for another wonderful stay!

Writing here as we are satisfied with the service from Panickers Travels. Had a pleasant visit around Delhi, Jaipur and Agra. Our Driver / Host / Travel guide Mr. Balraj Singh was very experienced, kind, helpful and had thorough information about the routes we travelled. Would likely recommend to family and friends.

The stay was excellent. The entire crew were cordial. Room services were excellent. Irrespective of the building age the furnishings were well maintained. The management is committed to servings the guests to their satisfaction. Cheers and keep going
