Dopo uno sfortunato incidente in cui ci è stata assegnata la camera sbagliata, due volte, ci è stato offerto un upgrade gratuito della camera (da deluxe a executive) e l'accesso gratuito sia all'executive lounge per la cena che al buffet per la colazione. La camera era di altissimo livello, con materiali di consumo di altissima qualità sia nel minibar che nel bagno. I panorami della città, da ogni parte, dall'hotel sono incredibili! Il cibo nell'executive lounge era contenuto nella quantità ma compensato dalla sua qualità. La colazione a buffet era abbondante e della stessa alta qualità!

UUtente ospiteI'm an American here in China studying kung fu for the year and took a trip to Jinan for a short weekend getaway to unwind a bit. I really enjoyed the Atour Light hotel! It's my second time staying in an Atour hotel and I have once again been left wanting for nothing. My Chinese is actually atrocious but the front desk staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and, I must say, I generally really hate bathrooms and need to wear a pair of slippers just to enter the facility but this has not been the case at either of the Atour hotels I've stayed at. The ambience is great, the amenities perfect for what I was looking for, and the location beyond excellent. Local food stops right outside the gate of the hotel and, if you're a westerner looking for something familiar, McDonald's is right around the corner too. No need for that though, the local feed hits the spot. All that to say, I have no complaints. Great service, great room, great location. 10/10 recommend.

The hotel's strategic location near Jinan Railway Station and its accessibility to public transportation were major advantages. This made exploring the city a breeze, and I appreciated the convenience it added to my trip.
One of the standout features was the culinary experience. The on-site dining options offered a diverse range of delectable dishes, leaving my taste buds thoroughly satisfied. Although the absence of coffee was noted, the rich variety of other beverage options more than compensated for it.
The toilet facilities were not only pristine but also surprisingly innovative. The sound-proof design allowed for a private and serene experience, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. KKevinLa posizione dell'hotel è vicino al viadotto e molto comoda per il trasporto all'interno della città di Jinan, e l'hotel è in giro con varie organizzazioni commerciali, un centro commerciale completo è a 5 minuti a piedi, dove posso ottenere tutto il mio bisogno di vivere e finalità aziendale. L'hotel è ben attrezzato, la palestra è aperta 24 ore su 24 e la piscina è aperta dalle 6:30 alle 23:00. Anche il personale dell'hotel è cordiale e offre un servizio considerevole. Tutto sommato, la posizione è comoda, ben attrezzata con servizi, buon servizio, l'ambiente è stupendo, un buon hotel da consigliare.

2. La stanza è dotata di due cuscini, entrambi un po' alti. Si consiglia di sostituire un cuscino con uno più corto.
3. L'ugello della doccia ha una piccola quantità di acqua calda, quindi si consiglia di ripararlo.

MMaxI would stay again despite some flaws. The social atmosphere is fantastic, one of the best I've come across in two years of traveling the world. It's an authentic, inclusive community vibe in the common room. Every evening there is a gathering with boardgames, performances, group talks, etc. It's really great.
The location of the hostel is also really good. Everything is within walking distance. Train station, bus station, cheap good restaurants and the park.
My only peeve are the sanitary facilities. There's no toilet paper and no bum gun provided ... So I need to bring own. Also, the shower drain is not placed correctly so the shower is always flooded. I feel like these things could be easily fixed. And maybe tidy up the general areas more frequently. There's a lot of junk lying around. But that's also what makes it more homely...
Anyway, it's a great place, owner is very nice. I'd definitely stay again.
