Hotel was awesome, rooms are spacious and location of this hotel is really good! Team at the reception was very professional!

The hotel isn't actually that close to the train station. It appears to be right next to the station, but you actually have to walk around the entire station to get there. Other than that, the hotel is nice and has everything you need in the rooms. The buffet breakfast is busy so was hard to find an open seat if you come down during peak times. Breakfast was included in my hotel room, but I had to go to reception every morning and ask for a breakfast coupon which was really annoying.

The staffs are so friendly. The hotel location is very convenient can walk to take a look around.

The location of the hotel was great, next door to the railway station. The room was very spacious. The bathroom had a little smell to it but otherwise looked clean. The hotel also has a laundry room that we made use of. Overall not too bad.

Quite far from nearest subway station. Near railway but not noisy. Staying 4 nites, everyday came back late to find the room not properly cleaned n bed sheets never change, cups no washed....too tired to deal with them, we have tight travelling schedule.

Big, comfortable and clean rooms. Close to Jinan station and a very good breakfast.

Upgraded to premium room on high floor, big and clean room, got self service laundry. Breakfast is good, value for money. Even though next to Jinan Train Station, but still need to work some distance.

Staff suggests a free travel spot which is nearby the regular spot - an added bonus! Good suggestion! Location is easy to find and close to train station.

Everyone's so friendly that works here - and the place is exceptionally clean and well run.

We got upgraded to the Echarm Hotel (Which is the "sister" hotel of city convenience Hotel and they are located in the same building just different floors) The Hotel is clean and the manger is super helpful and is able to speak English. We could not communicate with any of the other staff as they could not speak English. Location is great with a mini mart right across the road. The restaurant is only open for breakfast.
