The hotel is fantastic in almost every way. The only thing I could complain about is that the walls between rooms are paper thin. It was only an issue in that our neighbors woke up at 7:00 am and talked until about 9, and In could understand every word. However, the staff were so helpful, kind, and accommodating that the noise definitely won’t deter us from returning.

This is a gem, I stayed on December 24th and the town of Jim Thorpe was magical. (Though I suppose the town is always a little magical.) The Y was totally charming, and done up beautifully for Christmas.
Only downside is they didn’t have an in-room coffee machine. But it was great value for money.

My husband and i had such a great stay! The lobby waa beautiful, the rooms clean and comfy, and the staff very accomodating. The location is central to all of the shops and restaurants. We will surely be staying here again if/when we return to Jim Thorpe!

Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel just opened in October. They did an amazing job of combing the old with the new. The hotel is in the center of town and walking distance to everything. The room was huge. Giant walk in shower and double sinks. Bed was comfy. And everything is clean and spotless. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.
