UUtente ospiteWe travelled with our parents and booked two rooms. As we arrived early, the staff were very kind to arrange early check in . The room was very clean (thanks to the housekeeping ), spacious and provided everything you need . The lobby staff were all so friendly and helpful . They made us feel welcoming . Xi Cheng 夕辰had even WeChat me a list of recommended restaurants. We tried the 万逸福braised goose and 潮汕小厨，both were very good. We are grateful to her for helping us to locate my father-in-laws’s ancestral village also. I think we will stay in Atour for our future visit in China.

UUtente ospiteLe strutture dell'hotel sono buone, sarebbe fantastico se ci fosse una grande selezione di cibo. Il personale è sorprendente se potessi darle 10 stelle. Il personale è davvero ben gestito. Il grido speciale è estremamente utile, perché abbiamo 2 anziani che rende tutto facile.Anche aiutandoci a ordinare cibo e didi più volte e non è stato incasinato sul denaro. Il piede di mio nonno si gonfiò e si offerse di andare con noi all'ospedale che risparmiò molte ore del nostro tempo, rendendo il processo ben regolare. Egli è venuto anche dopo le ore di lavoro e ci ha insegnato come cucinare la medicina cinese che ci richiede tre ore perché era estremamente complicato e il giorno dopo è andato a ricevere la relazione dall'ospedale rendendo così le nostre vite molto più facili. Con tutto questo aiuto abbiamo cercato di fare il puntamento, ma lui rifiuta di accettarlo.
Vorrei anche ringraziare in particolare, perché era gentile e ci ha aiutato a fare qualcosa che era molto importante per noi

LLIONEL WEE KIATThis hotel was just newly built last year. Their cleaniless, ambience, orange scented, their staff were very friendly and approachable. I was served by both Xiao Ting (小婷) & Xiao Yang (小杨), their service was prompt, warm and friendly. They even allowed me to delay my checkout timing as my high speed rail was in the late afternoon.
The hotel room is clean, without weird odours, clean simple and minimalistic design. The bed and pillows provided allowed me to have a good peaceful rest. Toilet and shower room is well clean, provided orange scented bath gel, shampoo and hair conditioner.
Free mineral water is also provided, tea bags and orange flavoured snacks. Wifi connection is strong. There are a lot of television channels to watch, the smart television is big and allowed me to connect my phone for a smart view. The room soundproofing is acceptable as well.
Overall, this hotel is new, clean, and allowed me to rest well.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is very centrally located and easily accessible for everyone. The rooms are very spacious and the amenities quite flexible eg you can find a non-smoking sign mounted to the wall and an ashtray in every room.
The hotel also features a K-Bar on the sixth floor, which seems to attract many couples and social activities in the evening. Solo travelers often have the chance to befriend one of the numerous friendly women at night, who are very willing to engage in deep talks. In fact, the hotel even rents rooms by the hour, and my second room had clearly been used for this purpose before I checked in. The staff is also very considerate because when I told them about my room neighbors having too much deep talks at night and if they could do something about it, they asked me, their paying customer, instead to move room in the middle of the night - so flexible right? The security guard is also very peace-loving as everything he did was to talk to my drunk deep talking neighbors. They are also very diligent because I only had to run after them 4 times before they refunded me the money for that said night. I also felt very safe during my stay, as the hotel seems to prioritize guest safety and I saw the police escorting an upset spouse away from the reception to maintain the peace.

No need to hang 'Do not disturb or Please clean up the room' notice on door knob anymore
Room number outside the door will light up indicating it's occupied once the key card entrance is slotted in once you enter the room
There's also a small convenience store 2 doors away
Above all for the price paid you can get newly equipped amenities from this hotel
