這是一家讓我意難平的酒店，因為是新開五星，距離嘉峪關南站較近，價格也比較實惠，所以選擇了這家酒店。前台告訴我已經為了升級了房間，我還挺開心。進房間一看，窗外不遠是一堵牆，就打電話問是否可以再換一間視野相對好一點的。前台説可以，但讓我們自己拖着行李到前台換房卡。拖着兩個行李箱，在鋪着厚地毯的走廊上走是比較費勁的......我們拿到新房卡，重新上樓，結果兩張房卡都打不開，還好有客房阿姨幫我們開了門。又給前台電話，前台説要我們到前台重新刷房卡......進了新房間，裝修的氣味還很濃，我們馬上開窗通風，但衞浴裏的抽風是自動關的，房間沒有很好的空氣對流，效果不好。而且窗户沒有紗窗，四樓會不會進蚊子，這些都是問題。我到前台剛開口説，房間氣味有點大，前台妹子馬上回懟：我們是新開業的酒店.....我真的有點生氣了：我知道是新開業的酒店，但我也住過新開業的酒店，怎麼就沒有這個問題呢？酒店裡有沒有除甲醛的物品什麼的？前台很乾脆：沒有。 酒店的硬件還是很不錯的，裝修現代低奢，床品和洗漱用品檔次都很好，中餐廳用餐菜品味道和服務都不錯。 小瑕疵是房間馬桶下面漏水，慢慢浸出的那種，另外，早餐廳人多，但房間比較冷，熱菜也多是涼的或温熱的，第一次在五星級酒店裡沒有喝到現磨咖啡。 酒店大門保安抽煙，維修電梯人員半開着通向院子的門抽煙，外面的風把煙吹到了樓內，一樓走廊充滿煙味...... 也許再過幾個月，房間裝修的味道就沒了，人員經過專業培訓，真的不把客人當匆匆過客，而是有緣在酒店相遇的朋友，酒店的生意就會越做也好。
