The hotel welcome us with open arm... Serve us beverage and ask us to sit at the lobby. Get the room that we reserve ready then offer us to escort us to the room... However, we r ok n reject the offer. Then we took the free shuttle to the tourist area the jiayuguan pass. It actually around 6km away from the hotel. The room is clean, spacious n beautifully design w wood finishing. The breakfast is very rich however if u r FIT traveller is the best u come down later for breakfast as they always replenish the food for u.

There are supermarket/convenient and bakery right across the street. The hotel provides 2 sets of complimentary washers and dryers for hotel guests. Good breakfast and excellent service provided by the staffs. Highly recommended hotel for those who need a night stay at Jiayuguan.

Amazing hotel for families, a lot of facilities for children. The hotel has a free laundry service. Staff is helpful and always available. Highly recommended 👌 👍

The reception is superb. They're really caring, trying to help you in all possible ways. The room I stay is beyond my expectations too. So spacious and comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants, groceries shop near by. The breakfast is rich and varieties. I will comeback for the next times.

餐廳小杜服務真好，她怕我們因為宗教因素可以吃的菜色較少，給予我們多次服務，主動又熱心，真好。 飯店位置佳，附近很多小吃（樓下右轉），打車去迎賓湖只要6元，湖旁邊的名嘉匯商圈，很好逛，很好買，小吃店選擇多。 飯店沒有冷氣，只能靠開窗及風扇強度調節溫度， 今天下午去前台要冰塊，她轉頭請某某人去拿，大約二分鐘後沒人出現，之後資深的出來問我要什麼，她親自幫我用冰塊，其他三人坐在旁邊滑手機，沒有人真的去做。（資深的用口型對她說某某人沒有去拿冰塊啊） 櫃檯小姐平靜的說，是喔。前台服務態度可以再積極一些。。真的。。 飯店有接送懸臂長城和嘉峪關城的服務很加分，希望前台能主動提醒開車師傅6:00就下班，可以讓住客提早規劃，不是6:00才告知。。 飯店下午有提供簡單下午茶點心。

從進門開始就讓客人心情非常愉悦，前廳接待人員會給你先倒茶後辦理入住，辦理好入住後前廳人員也會親自帶你進去房間，帶孩子的客人，也會提前為你準備孩子的拖鞋和洗漱用品，進去房間大大的落地窗視野感覺非常好，房間乾淨整潔，早餐區物品種類很多，餐廳的接待也非常熱情，還給孩子送了很多小零食。 提一點小小的建議，由於五一假日人流大，導致孩子用品提前用完，節假日前酒店應該提前做好準備以備不時之需。總之這是一家非常值得推薦的酒店，下次還會繼續入住本酒店

年年帶娃出來幾趟，選擇過很多酒店，這次臨時選擇入駐的酒店，意想不到的完美體驗。前廳接待的美女們個個熱情大方得體，賓至如歸的詞語具象化了，特別是小樊、小夢兩位美女細心周全。酒店位置佳，周圍吃飯方便，房間寬敞舒適乾淨，還有酸奶水果贈品，每個細節裏體現着周到。接送的師傅和早餐廳的美女都性格很好，熱情好客。
