Questo hotel mi ha fatto davvero stare in città, e mi hanno aiutato con le direzioni, mi hanno aiutato a ottenere qualche fornitura che mi serviva dopo aver perso i miei carrichi altrove, e mi hanno fatto sentire benvenuto, nonostante la mia assoluta mancanza di lingua. L'hotel è alto livello quindi, dopo essere venuto, spero che la reception possa aiutarci a aggiornare la stanza. La reception è molto entusiasta di aggiornare la stanza paesaggistica alto livello per noi. Ha portato il bambino. Ci ha dato i denti e i trattini del bambino. Pensa molto attentamente. Mi dispiace andare a chiedere al bambino un paio di piccole mutandine. La bellezza della reception non ha chiesto abbastanza. La stanza è grande e la colazione è anche molto grande. L'hotel è un grande parco. Dopo pranzo, è andato a fare un bel po'. Il panorama del parco è davvero buono. First let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice.
The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English
Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.

La mattina presto, è arrivato un taxi dalla stazione di chiusura, e c'è pochi auto.La stanza è OK, il calore è molto caldo, anche se la stanza non è grande, ma dovrebbe essere completa e ci sono le luci ovunque. Il corpo non è molto buono, avrei dovuto vivere per tre giorni, cioè il suono è un po'infanziato, e la gente fuori può sentire parlare di mattina e mezzogiorno.Non so da dove è arrivato, vola tutta la notte all'orecchio, non riesco a trovare la luce.

L'atteggiamento di servizio del conducente Zhang Meister è molto buono, perché è lui che torna alla zona di retromarcia e alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità. È super entusiasmo. 房間很大，設施也很完善，但是雪山景觀房其實看不到雪山😂，有可能是因為我們的房間在2樓，樓層太低了。
酒店離嘉峪關關城很近，樓下有一個小型遊樂場，還配有美食街，旺季住晚上應該很有意思。我去的時候是淡季，商鋪都沒有開門，吃飯也衹能點外賣，不過景點人少，體驗感很好～
最後，酒店最大的問題就是隔音太差，我住的那天2樓好像只有三間房子有人住，半夜旁邊房間一家人説話我這邊都能聽到，真不敢想象旺季住滿得有多吵😂，希望酒店能想辦法改善一下。

UUtente ospiteGreat hotel! Clean and spacious rooms. The staff are really accommodating and helpful, and had no trouble using translators to communicate. Plenty of water was provided and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast has lots of options. The location was perfect, maybe 25min to the train, 20min to the Fort, 30min to the Great Wall. There was really delicious and cheap food at several restaurants right around the corner from the hotel. The people in Jiayuguan were super kind and helpful too, so we had no trouble ordering at the restaurants despite our lack of Chinese language skills.

They speak little or no English (as everywhere) but communication worked, also with translator app, and they were helpful and attentive. For me, location was very convenient (next to the railway station (the one I used), a city bus hub, e.g. to the fort, and some food options)

UUtente ospite此次預訂的是一張大床和兩張雙床的套房，這是自建房改建的民宿，老闆人很熱情，第二天我們睡到自然醒才去的關城景區，從客棧出來右拐，溜達10分鐘就可以到達關城長城博物館，然後繼續向前100米就到達景區入口處了，不用重新前往遊客中心乘坐觀光車（不過觀光車免費乘坐）。房間裝修的還不錯，但是這個衞生間實在有點一言難盡……
提幾點意見和建議:
第一就是衞生間沒有洗手液/香皂；第二就是洗漱用品放在牆上那個盒子裏，盒子也不太乾淨，而且牙刷和洗髮水、沐浴液還是那種好多年前的小賓館用的那種，像民宿沒辦法和品牌酒店配置標準一樣，是否可以選擇好用的品牌，那種家用款大瓶，國民素質現在還是蠻高的，應該沒有在拿着瓶瓶罐罐帶回家的顧客了吧😅；第三就是那個雙床房間的空調和拖拉機一樣，特別響，反而另一個房間電暖氣還怪好用的，但是如果是夏天，那個房間怎麼製冷呢🧐；第四就是房間的門特別單薄，不過我們入住那一晚倒是沒有出現隔音問題；第五就是房間那個吹風機，呃呃呃呃。像這種提升顧客幸福感的小細節又花不了大價錢，建議老闆捨得投入。
劃重點，值得表揚——這個房間帶早餐，且早餐味道棒棒的。涼拌菜、包子、蛋糕、白水蛋、小米粥、玉米、紅薯，還有甜甜的人蔘果……應有盡有
總之早餐100分，服務100分。美中不足的就是設施有待改進和衞生間衞生有待提高。

The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything the other bedrooms are saying… Or doing…
Additional details that is not that important but the accumulation makes it annoying is that there is no bathroom matte so it’s quite slippery when you leave the shower

MMarco MonkeyThis is an excellent hotel with nice staff and comfortable, airy rooms - get the ones with windows if possible for a better stay. Bathrooms are in a separate room, not carved out from the room using glass compartments, which makes it feel better and more private. Beds are comfortable and the room spacious enough. There's a desk where I could even get some work done and it's very close to the bus stop to the Jiayuguan fort, and in 10 minutes walking distance to Night Market street and ample food choices. Recommended for the very cheap price! Would stay again!

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è nel complesso relativamente compatta, il bagno è un po' piccolo, ma non ci sono problemi ad usarlo, il rubinetto è un po' allentato e l'ambiente generale è relativamente ordinato. La cosa più consigliata è che il materasso sia moderatamente morbido e duro, molto comodo per dormire, e anche i cuscini sono buoni. C'è un piccolo cortile fuori dall'hotel, un negozio di noodle accanto e un piccolo supermercato. Esco dal lavoro molto tardi. Si trova a circa 2,3 chilometri da Fantawild Phase II. La colazione è un pasto semplice a base di latte, uova e pane. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è ancora molto elevato. In generale è consigliato.
