Molto grande stanza e grande hardware. Molto buon ristorante e prezzo competitivo.

Good location, warm service, my 2nd stay with them. Due to late sleep and did not pack my luggage, asking for late check out, the receptionist understand our need and assist with late check out.

Ci sono molti specchi nella stanza. La finestra si affaccia sulla strada e puoi vedere la torre. Di notte è abbastanza tranquillo. L'igiene non è male. Non è lontano dal lago Nanhu e puoi raggiungere a piedi alcuni punti panoramici. Jiaxing è così piccolo. Ha un proprio parcheggio e la colazione è OK.

地理位置很好，在市政府辦公周邊，離熱門的火車站、月河和南湖天地都不遠，打車10元以內，天氣好公交或者腿着去也可以。房間很大很乾凈，床和沙發也都軟硬適中很好睡。訂的套房能看見櫻花，開心。早餐品種很豐富，有嘉興粽子、泰式米粉、壽司、粥、西式麪包等等，每天都會有更新。就是可能房間比較大，晚上剛進屋空調開着沒太大感覺，要同時把取暖機開起來。

地理位置優越，處在南湖天地中心～酒店本身就是個網紅打卡點，建築很有風格，一直想來入住，此次終於如願；酒店面積不大，房間不多，屋內設施還是比較精緻，淋浴噴頭很給力；香氛是祖瑪瓏滴～服務也很好，尤其是一位年長的姐姐和一位高個子的長頭髮帥哥～😄忘了説，床品也不錯，不軟不硬，睡起來很舒服～

La ricezione è molto buona. Il manager di ricezione è molto a conoscenza della posizione della camera e delle strutture interne e della psicologia dell'ospite. Non riesco a trovare gli ospiti che non fumano inconsciamente in tempo. Per rendere l'ospite molto buono, questa capacità di lavoro non può essere accumulata per molti anni e auto-incrementata, ma deve essere anche serena e seria.Il cameriere del ristorante è anche buono e riempire le cose in tempo.Questo è il servizio clienti caldo che spera di fermare il fumo dei turisti in tempo.

very clean - and the whole staff is very friendly and helpful . feel welcomed . / the style is a bit old fashioned but has it s own charme . pool is large and gym is sufficient . will definetly stay there again if i am at this location .

L'hotel stesso: 1. Non appena sono entrato nella camera d'albergo, ho scoperto che il pavimento era molto appiccicoso. 2. La disposizione della stanza è un po' strana, di conseguenza il divano e il tavolo sono stati spostati. 3. (4721) La porta antipioggia non è facile da chiudere Oltre ai motivi sopra indicati, l'hotel cambierà camera. 4. Il servizio è molto positivo e ci ha aiutato a completare il cambio camera in tempo. 5. Quando sono tornato la sera, ho dimenticato di mettere i bagagli in camera. 6. L'isolamento acustico della camera d'albergo non è buono. Di notte si sente il rumore del corridoio, dei calpestii e delle corse al piano di sopra. 7. La porta antipioggia della stanza in cui mi sono trasferito non poteva essere chiusa. 8. (4716) Si sente un suono finché c'è un po' d'acqua che scorre nella toilette. Dovrebbe esserci qualcosa di sbagliato nella posizione in cui cade l'acqua. Puoi provare a versare un bicchiere d'acqua e si verificherà un immediatamente il suono degli spruzzi. L'executive lounge dell'hotel è buono e la fascia oraria è molto migliore di Andaz. Il flusso della colazione non era molto buono. Molte persone erano affollate e agli ospiti veniva chiesto di trovare il proprio posto, il che ha portato alcune persone a litigare per i posti. La posizione dell'hotel è a 15 minuti dalla metropolitana leggera e le attività commerciali vicine sembrano sottosviluppate. Il servizio in generale è ok, ma ci sono molte aree in cui la camera non è all'altezza degli standard, probabilmente a livello di 4 stelle. Le domande sono tutte nel video, quindi ricordati di attivare l'audio.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Facilità: le camere dell'hotel e tutte le strutture della zona pubblica sono molto presenti.In particolare, il canale di scarico della camera da letto, non bloccato, è difficile fare molti grandi hotel.Questa e'la stanza del primo piano, non c'è odore di odore nel bagno, ed è anche fantastico. Igiene: molti hotel sono in corridoio di acqua, anche nella stanza, ma non ho visto la sporcizia, e mi sorprende.Il guanciale è anche installato intelligente e guarda pulito.I bagni unici sono molto buoni, c'è una scelta di qualità! Il verde e lo stile nazionale sono pieno di occhi, le pareti bianche e il panorama del lago, il piccolo ponte fluisce...Lascia che le persone camminino a loro piacere.L'hotel può anche scavare la carta fuori per la strada del lago, il parco di lago, la barca, la torre, bere il tè pomeriggio, sono molto conveniente. Servizio: un buon concetto di servizio.Il ristorante cinese mangia, ricorda l'amicizia, la quantità di piatti è molto grande e non è facile perdere il colore!Il buffet mattina, il cameriere è entusiasta e chiede agli ospiti di chiedere caffè o altri cibi in tempo. La colazione è molto ricca, il stile cinese e occidentale è soddisfatto, i verdure sono tutti in stile attuale, e i biscotti sono tutti stili insufficienti ogni giorno!Molti colazione sono in grado di gestire e mantenere il livello professionale! In breve, questa è una buona esperienza.La prossima volta resteremo.
