Location was perfect. Inside scenic area Next to entrance. Free entry after 5pm. Room was great! Breakfast buffet spread could be better. Not much varieties. Check in process abit slow due to only one worker at reception. Overall great stay! Would def come Back again!

The initial courtyard room was not satisfactory as it was noisy. However, upon feedback, Ms Cai was proactive in quickly moving us to another room that was nice. Reception by the two ladies was friendly. Service by Ms Cai was especially warm. She also helped with my luggage after checkout and accompanied us to our car at Xitang’s gate. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a convenient and accessible location, just slightly away (a short walk) from the main thoroughfare so it was peaceful. We will not hesitate to stay here again :)

The room is nice, location is good. The only issues is not tourists friendly. As there no phone in the room. Hence if u are international tourist may face issues to get the reception and connecting to their wifi is horrible. As said no issues for rooms, location and service staff. Just that not tourists friendly where you bring elderly pax and no phone to connect with ppl in other room and wifi connection also and issues.

Very nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets. Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good. I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones. The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions. The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative

This was such a beautiful hotel! Located inside the ancient town (about 1 min walk from the north gate), with stunning grounds and room. We also had a private balcony with a comfortable swing seat! Breakfast was delicious (Chinese style obviously) and all the staff were extremely accommodating. Would highly recommend this place and want to return again!

Beautiful traditional style hotel. Its massive. Room was nice and comfortable, good size and had a big balcony as well. Its In the xitang town so very easy to walk around the ancient town. Highly recommend it.

Best hotel at Xitang scenic area. Modern and beautiful. Better than the photos. Nice breakfast too. Very friendly service staff

非常不錯的一次入住，房間很大很乾凈，房間裏的設施也很完備，我們去的時候嘉興降温中央空調送暖很快，花灑一開直接能出熱水，送的早餐也很好吃，還能享受景區店家優惠. 位於西塘古鎮北門附近，出酒店就能直接到景區玩，一次很舒適的入住體驗！

園林式酒店，江南風格，環境幽靜，房間清新乾淨，設施齊全，前台服務比較熱情，還給免費升級，贊。酒店在景區北門進即右轉就到，店前和往前點路邊可停車，還有地下停車場。離煙雨長廊逛過去就幾分鐘路程，總體感覺，逛完熱鬧，安靜休息首選此家。

帶爸媽一起來西塘古鎮看江南水鄉，提前半個月就預訂了這個酒店的禮記雙床房，看評價是西塘最好的民宿酒店。整體裝修很園林，辦理入住的時候已經晚上了，前台小姐姐很友善的幫忙升級了二樓帶陽台的雙床房。整體設施都很新，酒店很大，早餐自助餐品種也很豐盛，離北門很近。出行前一天還打電話提醒如果五點之前到還要買門票。不錯的出行體驗。

位置處於景區北門停車場邊，地下停車場有慢充充電樁，走到煙雨長廊幾分鐘。因為帶了長者同行，所以逛一會兒就回酒店歇一會兒，再出去逛，還是挺方便。大家反饋住的不錯，個人覺得唯一不習慣的就是馬桶圈細了一點😅。對了，如果想在酒店午餐要提前預約。早餐滿意，午餐沒吃到。不過走到景區吃飯也方便。酒店本身也挺漂亮。

環境很棒，每個小庭院都有一片小草坪，天氣這麼暖，一樓都沒有蟲子和異味，廁所甚至有消毒紙巾。出門就是古鎮的北門，外賣方便取。前台小姐姐穿着漢服，和整體環境很搭。早餐區有一片正對綠化，很養眼。除了餐廳不能進，其餘地方小狗可以自由探索。正對大門就可以停車。總之一切很方便，匆匆一天，感受很好。

酒店環境優美古香古色，比較安靜，衞生良好，設施維護較好，使用順心，住宿很舒適；前台服務到位能迅速處理顧客反饋的問題，大堂經理工作熱情換房期間親自帶路。酒店交通也非常方便，北門進入步行2分鐘就到，距核心景區也近，走路十幾分鍾就到煙雨長廊。早餐的品種雖然不是非常多，但勝在味道可口，對於不挑剔的本人是完全沒問題的。下次來還會選擇光年酒店。
