We stayed here for one night. The hotel is in great location, very close to the old town. Check in can be faster if the check-in desk has more people to help. The room we stayed had problem with drainage of the shower room. The hotel changed the room for us quickly after we informed them. Room is comfortable but can be cleaner as we notice some hair on the floor. Breakfast was ok. Overall a good hotel, great location, would be a great hotel with more attention to cleanliness.

This was my second stay at the White hotel in Jianshui. The check in process is almost instantaneous, and the very friendly woman at the desk can speak English. The rooms are very spacious, extremely clean, very well appointed, and there is really nothing to be improved on. I would certainly recommend this place for others to stay. It is an easy walk into any part of the ancient town as it centrally located. Great place to stay. If I go back to genuine Shui for my fourth trip, I will certainly stay there again.  There is underground parking a one minute walk from the hotel and guests park for free. This is a really huge benefit in the ancient town of Janish way.

Ci siamo sentiti molto benvenuti fin dal momento in cui siamo entrati. Il personale della reception è stato cordiale e disponibile. Complimenti a 小李 e 苹 (il capo) che sono stati molto cordiali e ospitali.
Sebbene il pranzo fosse facoltativo, il capo ci ha chiamato mentre eravamo fuori per chiederci se volevamo tornare per pranzo, senza farci pagare. Ha detto che ci ha trattato come amici che venivano a mangiare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto quel gesto.
Tutto era fantastico, dalle camere, alla pulizia ai comfort, al flusso libero di tè nella hall.
L'unica cosa non così buona è la strada acciottolata che porta alle camere, il che ha reso difficile far rotolare i bagagli. La colazione è per lo più il solito 米线 e roba locale. È buona se non ti dispiace il loro cibo per la colazione in stile locale.
Nel complesso sono soddisfatto di questo posto.

AAgata EwaAbbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole alla Fanqi Boutique. Prenotammo tre camere per una notte e era davvero fantastico. Soprattutto il proprietario è estremamente amichevole e rende ogni desiderio verità! Se vai a Jianshui allora sicuramente vai a questo hotel. Ha tutto quello che ti serve, è buono in forma, comodo, pulito e bello. Grazie per il tuo soggiorno speciale!

TTanWLI wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the owner for the wonderful BBQ Doufu gathering they organized for all the guests. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and it truly made our stay even more memorable.
The effort they put into bringing everyone together, preparing the delicious food, and creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It was a joy to meet the other guests, share stories, and enjoy the fantastic BBQ Doufu in such a beautiful setting. Their hospitality and attention to detail made the evening truly special.
This homestay is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience filled with warmth, care, and a sense of community. We are so grateful for the memories we’ve made here, and the BBQ gathering was the perfect highlight of our time.
I will definitely recommend this homestay to others and hope to visit again in the future.

The rooms are located inside a historic stone and wood building that has been renovated respecting the culture of the place, creating very large rooms, in style, equipped with all possible technological comforts. The owner, Lawrence, speaks perfect English (a very rare thing to find in Jiuanshui), is a highly cultured person and can help you solve any type of problem as well as accompanying you on visits to the surroundings, making you enter the heart of Yunnan. It is the best place I have stayed in Yunnan, without a doubt. In this place I left my heart, respect and affection for Lawrence and all the staff.

Poiché viaggiavo da solo, ho sentito da amici che gli ostelli della gioventù sono un luogo magico dove puoi incontrare persone interessanti.
Il capo è molto gentile ed entusiasta. La sera tagliavo l'anguria perché la mangiassero tutti e la mattina cucinavo le patate dolci, che erano molto dolci. Tutti si sono seduti insieme preparando il tè e chiacchierando, il che è stato molto suggestivo.
Le persone che ho incontrato durante il viaggio hanno aggiunto un calore diverso al viaggio. Grazie per avermi regalato esperienze e ricordi diversi, ci tornerò se ne avrò l'opportunità.

Location : a 5mn walk from the Old city, and from lots of restaurants at night. very easy to find.
Staff : very nice staff! Despite not speaking English, they tried their best to please me. They helped me book a taxi, and talk to the driver. I was disappointed I was not in the building with the garden, and granted me access to the garden part.
Hotel : Congratulations to the designer, who is a VERY talented person. The design, mixing old and new, is absolutely stunning. It respects tradidtions, but with a twist.
the garden is exceptional. having the tea there was one of the highlights of my entire trip.
Rooms : they are super luxurious, huge, with marble bathrooms and Japanese toilets. But a loise of traffic noise from mine.
Only downside : this hotel is made of two buildings, which are on the other side of the street. The fish tank building has this amazing fisthtank, but it located in a VERY noisy street. My bedroom was overlooking the street, it was difficult in the morning. The garden building is super calm in an alley, all the rooms are overlooking this incredible old garden, no noise. I would recommend the owner to clearly indicate in which building the rooms are during the booking to avoid any potential disappointment upon arrival. rooms in the fishtank part are the cheapest.
Overall I was happy with my stay, it's one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. But beware of the building you are booking to avoid surprises! I wish I had stayed longer.

If you were to come from the train station and then take a bus to the ancient city gate, it's a bit of a walk to this hotel. I believe it'd be a good stay for drivers since there's a parking lot, but not for people without cars. Moreover, there is currently really loud construction right outside the hotel that starts early in the morning, so be mindful of that. Otherwise the room itself is fine, pretty spacious and clean.
