The hotel is in a beautiful old mansion, and we really enjoyed our stay there. The inner courtyard especially was gorgeous, with blooming flowers in January. It's located right in the center of the old town, next to one of the main attractions, the Zhu Family Garden. It's very quiet and cosy. The mattress was nice and firm, and there was lots of hot water with good pressure in the bathroom. The owner was kind enough to upgrade us to a huge room with a living room, which we loved! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very well located and quiet. We had a room with a gongfu table and tea set. The lady owner was very amicable and helped us buy a tea set. Strongly recommand !!!

房間面積略小一些，衞生間很大。特別喜歡院子古香古色，美麗的花草把院落點綴的很漂亮，喝茶聊天的好地方。位置很好，在朱家花園隔壁，很好找，去文廟和臨安府署等其他景點步行很方便。建水古城值得遊覽，客棧性價比高。

古城裡，離朱家花園近，院子不大，門頭院落設計有古韻，很多遊客路過拍照，我們訂標間，在樓房兩側看不到院落，房間有些窄，但也中規中矩，畢竟在古城中，淋浴花灑很多種選擇洗澡很舒服。上幾張自己拍的酒店照片和周圍景觀。PS：朱家花園在修建中，部分景區鎖着，和幾年前來的感受不一樣，建水古城裡文廟、考棚、府署等都要收費，價格至少30元，府暑參觀到後面還要加錢…朝陽門上到城門那也要收費，5月去了通海古城，對比一下，建水消費很高。

環境非常古典優美，是我旅遊中遇到非常好的店家。老闆人非常好溝通。位置在古城中央，出遊很方便。停車的話有獨立的停車場在古城外圍，走路過去六分鐘左右。也很方便。提前和老闆溝通方便停車。下次還來。
