Hotel in zona Xinhui District, Jiangmen

Abbiamo trascorso un viaggio di cinque giorni con i familiari per le vacanze del nuovo anno cinese. E 'un hotel davvero magnifico con una posizione eccellente e un'ottima qualità di pulizia. Questo è raro trovato in questo rango dell'hotel. Il colazione è delizioso con tutte le mie cose preferite. Uno dei servizi che mi piaceva molto è il loro servizio di lavaggio personale che mi dà grande aiuto nel lavaggio e nell’asciugare tutti i vestiti di ogni giorno, nello stesso giorno. Pertanto, posso portare molto meno vestiti per il viaggio con la paura. Il stile della camera è iconico e confortevole per rimanere con tutte le esigenze quotidiane necessarie. Inoltre, il bagno ha un alto grado di praticità. Questo sarà molto adatto per i familiari per soggiornare nella stessa stanza. Inoltre, l'intero hotel è mantenuto in una nuova condizione come ho soggiornato qualche anno fa. Infine, ci sono molti ristoranti vicino all'hotel, quindi possiamo prendere cibo per mangiare molto facilmente.

La nostra famiglia ha dormito tre giorni e due notti. Nuova decorazione, stanza pulita. Il servizio di ricezione è buono. L'arrivo alle 11:00 di quella mattina può ottenere la stanza ~ Vicino a Yufeng Mountain Lake, zona paesaggistica, ma passeggiate di mattina e di sera. È conveniente andare in città per circa dieci minuti per guidare e divertirsi.

La mattina presto, la stanza originale era piena, e la aggiornamento gratis. L'apparecchiatura è molto completa, molto pulita, e c'è un piccolo giardino. Il sole è caldo al mattino. Il paesaggio intorno è buono. Se si alza al mattino, si può vedere il sole alzare Il personale è molto atteggiato. C'è un negozio di pasticceria sotto.

Carpet getting old and not clean enough, others are fine. Reception very friendly.

My parents and their elderly friends stayed here with me but they find the steps too hard to walk up with no safety handrail. They will not be staying here next time unless safety handrail can be installed especially with so many steps and if it is raining it can be slippery and very unsafe for young and old especially carrying heavy luggage. They will be looking to stay at Parco Hotel next time because there are no stairs.

Pros: Got the room upgraded to a bigger one with better view, I believe that’s one of the benefits being a C-trip Gold member. We used the  laundry room self-service in the evening, however， we were too tired to keep waiting for the dryer to stop working so we called the front desk to request someone to help us to remove the dried clothes after midnight and they did it nicely !  really appreciate! Cons：the guy who cooked the noodles acted really impolite and very weird!  when me or other guests greeted him saying “Good morning !” in Cantonese to him, he didn’t greet back to anyone at all! Neither had eye contact to anyone, just keep having his back to the guests without facing to anyone , even when he was not busy but he rather facing and staring to the stove and kept stand still for very long time,,  when I was the only one guest waiting for my noodles in soup there, I kept waiting for more than 10 minutes and every time when I asked him how long it would take or how long do I have to keep waiting ? he did not reply me at all! So the next morning I did not go to him for the noodles anymore! when I complained about this to the front desk when I checked out, two receptionists there told me that the guy acts weird in front of them and other employees the same way too! One lady said Yes he didn’t talk to people normally …. If he doesn’t like his job, just go work somewhere else and let someone else who can smile to people and greet to the guests to get that job !

L'hotel è buono. Molto raramente vedo lavastoviglie nella stanza, ma non c'è una funzione di asciugamani in realtà non funziona. Come io non scelgo di lavarmi i vestiti per una notte. Pochi hotel hanno un guaio, questo ha un punteggio aggiuntivo, e servizi intelligenti, e-master, ecc. Il salone dell'hotel è molto comodo.

The service was excellent, especially, there’s free shuttle to/from the high speed train station.   The staff at the front desk are super friendly, and always have a smile on the face, and same as the cleaning lady on the floor.  A plus with the laundry room in the hotel.

致電大堂服務提供接駁服務房間需求，表現十分滿意能夠盡快安排客戶的要求！ 雖然位置距離中心約20分鐘車程，打車費用亦都約30至$40元左右！私家車可以免費泊車，另外由於當日早到，亦可以給我提早入住酒店很有人性化安排，服務態度良好；而且房間景觀一流，房間及露台寬敞，從房間內可以直接看到日出，景觀一流！酒店內亦有中式酒樓西餐廳都可以滿足膳食需求！ 唯獨接駁往浸溫泉的接駁車，行車上山比較急促，安全程度稍為欠缺，需要改善。整體感覺良好，如有下次，會再訂購！

帶着父母一家人出行，訂到泮月居非常滿意了，環境很新乾淨，開過去圭峯山景區十分鐘不到。 設施：樓下有小圖書館健身房，泳池很漂亮可以冬天這會兒太冷了，房裡茶飲咖啡都很齊全 衞生：很乾凈，智能馬桶 環境：酒店裝修很新比較好看，早餐就在旁邊飯店環境不錯，東西挺好吃。酒店院裏種植的花草樹木也很精緻。 服務：前台小姐姐都很禮貌，推薦了好吃的👌🏻
