Hotel in zona Shrine of the Book, Gerusalemme

In generale, un posto pulito e bello, ma sono un sonno leggero, e il rumore del traffico era purtroppo troppo per me per dormire confortevolmente. Ma io andavo in compagnia di altri, meno dormitori leggeri, e non avevano problemi a dormire nella stanza accanto a me. L'ingresso dell'hotel era custodito dal fumatore, forse dovrebbero lavorare un po' sulla prima impressione che davano ai loro ospiti.

Posso raccomandare questo hotel a tutti i visitatori a Gerusalemme.Il servizio è graT e la cura dei loro visitatori eccezionale.Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di autobus di Jaffa Street e a 10 minuti a piedi dal famoso Shuk, Il mercato aperto.Si trova sulla prima stazione della Light Rail direzione nord.Grande colazione e cena, molto buon letto, Wi-Fi gratuito e acqua calda.Il privato? Molto competitivo e il più basso della sua classe.Ancora una volta, completamente riconosciuto.Ho visitato questo hotel diverse volte durante i miei viaggi e questa è ora la mia unica scelta.

La posizione era perfetta, così facile raggiungere a piedi la città vecchia e la metropolitana era in fondo alla strada. È anche il luogo perfetto per i ristoranti. La stanza era piuttosto piccola ma adeguata. L'area del bar non era aperta durante il soggiorno. È stato in grado di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in, il che è stato davvero utile.

We had stayed at this hotel a year ago and the standard has dropped to a level that we were extremely disappointed and saddened to experience. Our Premium room,had a lovely view and was a good size. There was had no hairdryer yet there were in the standard rooms,shower door was broken,flexible mirror on bathroom wall missing,bottle top and dusty under beds for all of our 3 night stay. The TV channel about the hotel had an area for requests. We requested an iron and hairdryer. Neither were acted on. We asked for an iron in person after we had no response in 24 hours . Limited information on the Hotel TV Channel. The plus side is a great location and nice staff in the dining area, Shabbat dinner and lunch delicious and plentiful and staff in the dining area responsive and nice. The man at reception on Saturday 15 April was very helpful. Unfortunately,the person at reception ,Israela,-no badges worn- was extremely rude and unwelcoming. No greeting on arrival or at any time. Complete indifference. We arrived soaked after a downpour. The catering person advised us there were no umbrellas the receptionist just ignored our sodden state. . Any request was answered with no before we had finished a sentence. A total lack of hospitality and care .Whist at the desk,someone came to complain about a sewerage smell in room which was met with a shrug of the shoulders . We had many an underwhelming encounter with her one of them was when we requested a late check out advised we were willing to pay for half day board,I had seen rooms were available, once again her response was no ,without looking in the system. I checked again the next night and the gentleman on the desk looked to see if it was possible and advised us we could certainly have late checkout.We asked for our rooms for 3 consecutive nights Israela told us we would have to change rooms to do so,,this proved not to be the case. I could go on about more situations and will write to management.I think the message is clear.

Recently been touring the Holy Land and stayed in this very ordinary hotel. The party were there for 4 nights while in Jerusalem. The rooms are ordinary but we’re tired and needed some TLC. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good and offered a fair variety to meet ordinary needs bu5 it did not sparkle. The internet was reasonable and did the business. In the basement was a group of shops. I used the coffee house as the hotel coffee was nothing special. The hotel was noisy as it seemed full with runners for the Marathon as well as other touring groups. Staff were mixed. Some were very helpful, others seemed to treat guests as nuisance. They should work on there welcome. Yes the hotel is ordinary in need of a make over if it wants to improve its reputation.

Out of all the five star hotels I could have stayed in this was the one that I chose. The hotel itself is located perfectly. The staff pleasant until it came to pay my bill. As a result of my having a sleepless night my first night as a result of some fan problem in my bathroom they suggested I move my room despite me saying that I would move hotels if they could give me earplugs. They offered me use of an executive lounge that I didn’t want and chose to give me another room. The second room was actually a room adjoined to another room which had a couple in it that might as well have been in my room. I asked to move again. They then said they would give me an upgrade which I didn’t want as I had thought that a five star hotel would at least reimburse at least one of the nights. They gave me an upgrade which was nice. I had packed up twice in my four day stay and had three different rooms. The last night the electricity blew in my room so I was in total darkness at ten at night and had to wait for the maintenance to come and fix my problem. I received my bill with the money for four nights automatically deducted. When I went to ask I was met by a very rude man at reception who plainly said ‘this is the money you need to pay’. No manners. No interest. No conversation. I would not recommend this hotel as it shows it is all about the money and nothing to do with client satisfaction or service. Disappointing.
