Lascio una stella perché meno non si può! Scortesi, maleducati e poco professionali! Prezzi alti per il servizio offerto! Chiesto un Gin Tonic è servito praticamente senza Gin! Quando fatto notare si sono addirittura indispettiti! Unica loro fortuna la posizione !!! SCONSOGLIATISSIMO!!

Very comfortable place to stay if you want to be near Jerusalem. You can simply walk everywhere and location cannot be beat. The food is excellent and without a doubt the best coffee. The room is comfortable with a great balcony you can enjoy all night.

We stayed in room 120. Its a small hotel, but it is cozy, clean and provide basic amenities in the room. Size of the room is small but there is an indoor balcony as a sitting area where we can put our big bags there. Walking distance to the places of interest and worship such as Al-Aqsa and Omar mosque, Church of the Holy Sepulchre and the Western Wall. Also shops selling souvenirs and local delicacies. It also provides a wide variety of menus for its buffet breakfast and dinner. A must to drop by the rooftop coffee house for a panoramic view of the city of Jerusalem.

Not the most modern hotel, but the staff were fantastic, we were so well looked after, the rooms were clean and the food was beautiful. Hugely appreciated their care with my food allergy. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay if you are visiting Jerusalem.

it was so cold man, it was freezing everything else was fine is just i almost froze man. the food was good the everythug was good just the temperature was freeing so if youlike the freezing cold then its for you!

Hotel is outside the Old City in a nice Arab neighborhood,but within 10 minutes walking into the Old City through the Herod Gate. We had group, communal meals that were very good. Only 2 drawbacks were the telephone booth shower and no A/c to cool off a very hot room. Room had an outdoor balcony, and we had to leave the door open to get cool air into the room, but we got street noise as a result. We were a bit concerned about safety while sleeping as a result, but all was fine.

Really enjoying our stay. Described as a 3 star hotel, can I say we have stayed in far worse 4 star ones recently in Jordan and Israel. Room is utilitarian but we do have a nice balcony. What we really love is the exceptional service in the dining room. Nail and Yasser in particular are among the best I’ve ever seen - and I’m including a lot of 5 star establishments there. Intuitive on many occasions and hard working.

Koyel she is very good and kind her service like 5 star service we are enjoying our staying and food. Lagoon is a very excellent restaurant . People are working here they are very professional . . Thanks also kevin . Keep it up well standard.

Muy bien situado, tranquilo y cerca de la puerta de Damasco, con un personal muy atento en el restaurante. Las habitaciones, sin ser muy grandes, bastante completas, pero carecían de enchufes en el cuarto de baño, el secador estaba en la propia habitación y tampoco habían enchufes junto a los cabezales de la cama. Muy apropiado si se pretende callejear por la Old City de Jerusalén.
