Property Disclosures: We have three, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and driveway, rooftop and balcony which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the living room and balcony which actively records noise decibel levels and detects any form of smoking. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras. *You must be 25 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation. *In adherence to the city's noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 9 pm. Any infringement of this ordinance will be promptly reported , and necessary actions, including involving local authorities and our security team, will be taken to ensure compliance.
