Wir wurden selten nach neuen Getränken gefragt. Was ich aber dafür entspannt und nicht zu aufdringlich empfand.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lake Hill with my family. Unfortunately, the weather didn't work out too well for us, but that doesn't change the fact, that the stay itself was nice. I don't understand some of the reviews here. Some people would rather have caviar and a red carpet, or I don't know. Don't be discouraged. The place is really nice, with lots of activities, good food, excellent wellness services, beautiful and clean accommodation (modern). A place for couples but also families with children. A beautiful playground is also available. I can definitely RECOMMEND it for myself and my family. Excellent rest! :) Thank you! Best regards, Veronika from Czechia

The hotel itself is nice, modern (which is not always the best, a great-looking chair which you can not stand up from is useless), and has a a spectatular view over the mountains and the lake. Everybody was friendly, the premises were clean, but.. There is seriously not enough staff! Two bartenders can hardly serve the whole terrace at night, when it is full of people. Waiting 30 minutes for a drink is not acceptable in a 4* hotel. Even the restaurant was slow during lunches and did not have a single vegetarian dish (one was on the menu, but they didn't have it). The food we got in the end was good, so were breakfasts, dinners were the same every day (as a vegetarian I could have a salad or spaghetti 3 days in a row). The pools are too small for such a big hotel and were overcrowded all the time, only one whirlpool was working, so people were waiting. I think it is better to visit in the autumn or winter, when the weather is not as hot, there is nowhere to cool down a little, the water in the pools is heated too. I would recommend this place to people who do not expect too much, if you sometimes stay in a 4* hotel, you might be slightly disappointed. However, the surroundings is great for trips, there is a castle nearby, St. Anna's chapel, Upside down house and much more to enjoy.

Rooms are big with beautiful lake view. Its nicely decorated. Food was tasty. Lost of animation for kids like Santa Clause, walking with alpaka etc. Pool isnt big but pleasent area, there is also sauna outdoor. The only minus was organisation during the Christmas Eve. They didnt have every guest on the list, so they have to combine with tables. There was big queque to the buffet this day and any carols so I didnt feel this day much special.

Nice room, nice view. Nice small in the hotel. Food in restaurant great. I love this place. Only wellness small but it is like it is. I hope they will develop this space. Complete hotel is designed in Nice colors, materiały close tu nature. I belive it is great for romantic weekend

Hotel describing itself as child-friendly od not do friendly- first of all tej hotel room was not prepared for the children staying - no towels, no kids linen, no Waters etc despite booking 2 + 2. But the wirst thing was that we were asked to leave the hotel pool !!! because at 8pm the pool changes profile to adults only !!! We were not informed about this at the reception during check-in. In addition, it is a very big limitation if someone spends a day exploring the area and in the evening he would like to use the pool with his family. I would like to add that it is not about small children, but 11-year-old children for whom we paid a fee at the hotel! A very big dissapiontment and we will definitely not recommend IT to our friends or return to it. Paying 2,500,000 for the stay, I expect my child to use the pool- sorry.

We were in the hotel in May 2022, before the summer time. Experience was really grat and more luxury that this week. Beautiful view, clean roms, great kitchen and restaurant dishes. Delicious! In May everyone at the bar and restaurant was nice and competent. This summer - July 2022 one lady at the bar calculated us a different amount for an ice coffe that on the other day. It means You order the same and pay different checks. There are many new People, not even speaking fluent polish. You can see the lack of structure at the hotel. The beakfast is still very good but dinner not the same quality like in May this year. In regards to Room Service: We asked for a new sheet - Never arrived. The price is big so we expected just more. Romms are beautiful and created with style. Pools small but this is not a problem - are nice. This was a place for us for 100% to visit again, for now, just to be honest, we dont know. I hope that the hotel manager will read this and fix everything. ;)

I will start with + Nice new hotel, great view on lake and hills, rooms are nicely equipped Unfortunately more - to come Very few beds outside by the pool, actually small outside pool for this size of hotel. When I ordered Martini dry on bar, received the most sweetest vermout and no olive, today's glass of Prosecco /picture/ was not even half of the glass. I wish I can say I will return again /first time 2y ago we were here was far much better in all ways/, but most likely this was my last stay.
