I booked the basic room thinking the room was just very small n everything else normal, somethg which doesnt bother me.
But i realised the room was actually refurbished from a handicap-friendly room. The toilet doesnt have a glass to separate shower from the sink or wc.
After barhing, the whole toilet is wet! I nearly slipped.
The toilet door uses motorised open/close buttons. So it was quite disturbing to the other party in the middle of the night.
The light switch for the toilet and everywhere else is on the bedhead, on the other side of the room from the toilet.
The tv was wall mounted in an awkward angle that only one person watch it.
The saving grace was the service staff and location.

Hotel only do housekeeping on tues, Thurs and sat …… so cleanliness is average. Really old hotel and its family room is not as comfortable as we seen in the review. Will not recommend for family guests there better choice around the area. But is acceptable.

La vista della stanza del sesto piano è limitata. Si consiglia di scegliere la stanza che vive qui può essere selezionata sopra il settimo piano, o non c'è una stanza vicino al piano alto. Quando si vive in casa, c'è un coperchio di bevande lasciato da altri ospiti sul tavolo ( dimenticato di prendere foto), e ci sono polvere e acqua nella tazza del bagno, quindi non l'abbiamo usata.In generale, è tutto ok.La posizione è buona, shopping intorno e cibo è più conveniente.

It's like being at home. Every time we visit Jeju, we choose to stay here. The location is convenient, the place is clean, and all the staff are incredibly helpful. Their ability to speak English and Japanese is especially useful in a country where English isn't widely spoken. We'll definitely be returning here time and time again.

Only limited basement parkings available for SUV, mostly are parking for disabled person, park at your own risk if u insist to use that. There are more underground parkings available for compact cars only. It’s very difficult to find empty parking nearby the building.
Only two lifts in the lobby, make sure u take the odd number accessible lift to 3rd floor for check in. This wasn’t really being advised in advance, I spent some time to find out where is the check in office.
There are multiple managements managing the Airbnb in this building.
The studio room is good and clean, location is nice, accessible to malls, restaurants, 20mins to airport, can take bus from the bus station located in front of Shilla hotel just 3mins walk from the hotel. Ocean can be seen from the balcony. Overall not bad despite the parking issue and also difficult to locate when you are first time here.

My daughter and I had a very pleasant stay at Lotte City Hotel Jeju. The location is good - near to the airport, shopping streets, public transport, eateries, etc. The hotel staff at front desk, reception, and housekeeping were all very polite and helpful. Front desk staff could communicate in good English. Lotte Duty Free is in the same building and offers good discounts for skincare products. I would highly recommend Lotte City Hotel to anyone visiting Jeju.

I have stayed at this hotel for the third time and am still continuing to find new things about this hotel. I always knew there was an arcade in the hotel but I have never been to it, this is my first time being in there and was surprised to see they have a kids section, I expected all the games were for older kids (8-15), but my 2 year old niece was able to play some games that she liked too. The convenience store on the 4th floor was really convenient as we didn’t have to go out just to buy drinks or snacks since it was somewhat cold. The cafe on the 8th floor served amazing food, I actually ate there so many times during my 3 days stay there. The only problem I had was that the room was too hot to sleep in, we tried making the room colder, but the room stayed a consistent 25°C even after turning the temperature to 19°C for an entire day. I understand it was winter, but still it was way too hot and it made it uncomfortable to sleep in.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è stato il nostro primo viaggio a Jeju e proprio il momento in cui abbiamo provato una sistemazione in famiglia. Il posto era abbastanza facile da raggiungere se si guida, bisogna solo prendere nota che prima del drive-in alla Lotteria, c'è una piccola corsia che ti permette di entrare nel posto e molti tassisti mancano questa svolta. Ci sono 3 edifici quando raggiungi il luogo, con l'edificio del Sole che è quello più a sinistra, seguito da Luna e Stella. Puoi trovare il banco informazioni al livello 1 dell'edificio Moon. All'inizio è stato un po' difficile trovare il banco informazioni, ma devi solo salire alcune scale e potrai trovare l'ingresso del banco informazioni sulla destra dopo esserti alzato. scale al livello 1. Il padrone di casa e sua moglie erano molto cordiali e disponibili. L'ospite parlava inglese e sua moglie parlava mandarino, quindi comunicare con entrambi era abbastanza facile. Abbiamo ricevuto molti buoni consigli sul cibo da entrambi e abbiamo apprezzato ogni pasto basato sui loro consigli. Quando siamo arrivati alla stanza, eravamo così felici di vedere quanto fosse pulita e ordinata. C'era un bagno e fornivano i beni di prima necessità come shampoo, balsamo e gel doccia, spazzolino da denti e dentifricio, cose che alcuni altri hotel non hanno. Il posto era molto accogliente, c'era una cucina dove c'erano tutti gli elementi essenziali per cucinare e puoi preparare il cibo caldo lì o cucinare qualcosa se ne hai voglia. Quando arrivi nel soggiorno, c'è una finestra a vetro intero da cui puoi vedere l'intera vista del mare. È stato un posto molto carino per vedere il tramonto e l'alba se ti senti pigro e non vuoi uscire. La camera era perfettamente pulita e le lenzuola erano tutte pulite. Per la raccolta differenziata i padroni di casa hanno sistemato tutto per noi. Non dovevamo differenziare la nostra spazzatura, il che per noi è stato davvero un vantaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la raccomandazione sul pollo fritto fornita. Quando il nostro volo è stato cancellato e siamo rimasti bloccati a Jeju per altri 2 giorni, abbiamo subito colto l'occasione di tornare in questo posto, perché i padroni di casa erano semplicemente troppo meravigliosi. Torneremo sicuramente la prossima volta che visiteremo Jeju.

DDanielThe hotel is in a great location with a shopping district nearby. The room size was about right for a family. Housekeeping staff are polite whenever we encounter them. The not so good things would be the carpark. It's very cramped and if we are back late, there won't be lots around. Luckily the hotel has parking attendants around to guide.
The other unpleasant experience would be with the breakfast bar. Apparently if we are late and still around after the opening hours, we will have eyes staring at us while we are eating.
Overall comfortable stay but the experience with some of the staff was better.

KKSStayed in Rm 506. Quiet place , some stubborn stains on carpet floor. It was to be mountain view but alas not at all. Window facing building .Bring along toothbrush & toothpaste ( not provided ).
If driving ,pls slowly enter narrow carpark entrance.
Receptionist at hotel counter does not speak English but a lady staff who converse in Mandarin , helped.

Staying here in November, the thermostats were set to 25 degrees (77 for my fellow Americans. This might not seem too horrible, but when you factor in Jeju humidity and a top bunk, it was so uncomfortably hot. Forget about a blanket, you’ll want to take off as much clothing as possible while trying to maintain decency.
Unfortunately, taking off a shirt or wearing shorts opens you up to another problem: mosquitoes. I wondered what all the red stains on the walls and ceiling were at first, but after I killed two mosquitoes and had countless more get way, I figured it out. Between the heat and the mosquitoes, I felt like I was sleeping outside in a jungle. Worst sleep I’ve had in a hostel (without someone in the room snoring as loud as a jet engine)
Other negatives include the beds feeling rather small and of course being Korean style in terms of hardness. Also, although this place calls itself as a hostel, but the English spoken here is minimal at best. If you don’t speak much Korean, expect awkward conversations with very little information being relayed to you. If you’re Korean these things might not bother you, so bear that in mind.
I hate giving it so few stars, considering the shockingly low price and the overall cleanliness and modernness of the facility, but I had a horrible night here. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free. If you’re a broke backpacker where money is the primary criteria, this is about as cheap as it gets and you get a lot of bang for your buck here. But if a good nights sleep is important to you, look elsewhere

E' davvero fastidioso, anche se non ci sono servizi aggiuntivi, perché devo pagare di nuovo. in altri hotel non è così

While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful.
During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them.
On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff.
