My first time stay in hamdeok. Freezing cold outside but the location is the best, bus stops and eateries all nearby and the reception man is very kind with a smiley face all the time. The high floor room is really comfortable with disposable amenities provided and big towels, and the sea view from the room is superb. Watching people lighting up fire crackers at the beach at night is so beautiful. Sitting comfortably and warm in the room watching these people enduring the cold to have fun, it was an unforgettable sight. Could have stayed for more than 1 night. They have an extra key card inserted so need not remove card when going out, convenient.
Was a bit concerned when saw the chain latch at the door appeared broken. Nevertheless I slept well and no disturbances of noises at all.

The location is just amazing, the Ocean view room has breathtaking view, the beach is literally in 2 min walk, there are many restaurants and shops nearby, the receptionists were really sweet, polite and helpful. I put 4 point out of 5, even though the room was cleaned perfectly each day with fresh towels, but the hotel itself could do some renovations, there was a bit of mold in the bathroom. But for us it didn’t really matter, we had the best stay at this hotel and completely satisfied

Great location, just opposite the beach! The convenience store downstairs is also convenient. Walking distance to restos and other parts of Hamdeok beach. There is a bus that’s goes near the hotel from the airport. Great breakfast (with a fee). Clean room and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Ottima posizione con minimarket e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il bagno non aveva la serratura e aveva porte e pareti in vetro, il che lo rendeva un po' scomodo per la condivisione in famiglia.

Location was near underground shopping mall, exit 12 and dongdaemun market.
There is two type of rooms so if you select annex type means u have to go to another building to your room, is just a small road across the main lobby. Amenities no toothpaste and no toothbrush.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è stato il nostro primo viaggio a Jeju e proprio il momento in cui abbiamo provato una sistemazione in famiglia. Il posto era abbastanza facile da raggiungere se si guida, bisogna solo prendere nota che prima del drive-in alla Lotteria, c'è una piccola corsia che ti permette di entrare nel posto e molti tassisti mancano questa svolta. Ci sono 3 edifici quando raggiungi il luogo, con l'edificio del Sole che è quello più a sinistra, seguito da Luna e Stella. Puoi trovare il banco informazioni al livello 1 dell'edificio Moon. All'inizio è stato un po' difficile trovare il banco informazioni, ma devi solo salire alcune scale e potrai trovare l'ingresso del banco informazioni sulla destra dopo esserti alzato. scale al livello 1. Il padrone di casa e sua moglie erano molto cordiali e disponibili. L'ospite parlava inglese e sua moglie parlava mandarino, quindi comunicare con entrambi era abbastanza facile. Abbiamo ricevuto molti buoni consigli sul cibo da entrambi e abbiamo apprezzato ogni pasto basato sui loro consigli. Quando siamo arrivati alla stanza, eravamo così felici di vedere quanto fosse pulita e ordinata. C'era un bagno e fornivano i beni di prima necessità come shampoo, balsamo e gel doccia, spazzolino da denti e dentifricio, cose che alcuni altri hotel non hanno. Il posto era molto accogliente, c'era una cucina dove c'erano tutti gli elementi essenziali per cucinare e puoi preparare il cibo caldo lì o cucinare qualcosa se ne hai voglia. Quando arrivi nel soggiorno, c'è una finestra a vetro intero da cui puoi vedere l'intera vista del mare. È stato un posto molto carino per vedere il tramonto e l'alba se ti senti pigro e non vuoi uscire. La camera era perfettamente pulita e le lenzuola erano tutte pulite. Per la raccolta differenziata i padroni di casa hanno sistemato tutto per noi. Non dovevamo differenziare la nostra spazzatura, il che per noi è stato davvero un vantaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la raccomandazione sul pollo fritto fornita. Quando il nostro volo è stato cancellato e siamo rimasti bloccati a Jeju per altri 2 giorni, abbiamo subito colto l'occasione di tornare in questo posto, perché i padroni di casa erano semplicemente troppo meravigliosi. Torneremo sicuramente la prossima volta che visiteremo Jeju.

DDanielThe hotel is in a great location with a shopping district nearby. The room size was about right for a family. Housekeeping staff are polite whenever we encounter them. The not so good things would be the carpark. It's very cramped and if we are back late, there won't be lots around. Luckily the hotel has parking attendants around to guide.
The other unpleasant experience would be with the breakfast bar. Apparently if we are late and still around after the opening hours, we will have eyes staring at us while we are eating.
Overall comfortable stay but the experience with some of the staff was better.

説缺點咯！
1.酒店除了床可以保證比較舒適以外，其他設施也不行，沒有化粧的地方，吃外賣也沒有地方放，得扎馬步。
2，廁所和浴室都是比較簡陋的，如果注重這方面的體驗要注意。
3，隔音很差，每天凌晨外面嬉鬧聲很明顯。
除此以外，前台的小姐姐英語很流利，可以無障礙溝通，中文不會説。

UUtente ospiteLa signora, pur non parlando nemmeno una sola parola inglese, era molto gentile e sostenibile, e la stanza e le strutture pubbliche erano tutte molto pulite e spaziali. Si trova nel centro di Jeju, a 15 minuti di autobus dall'aeroporto internazionale di Jeju, e si può trovare sulla strada principale. Si può camminare nei mercati, negozi e accendini vicino. È davvero il valore di denaro.

SSabohatI am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Seoubong Beach Hotel from Sept 23-26. While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful.
During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them.
On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members.
I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future.
I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I may have no choice but to share my negative experience through online reviews and social media platforms, which I would prefer to avoid.
