Hotel With Jeju

Very old hotel with very dim lights. We booked 2 rooms. The closets in all the rooms are a joke; no door and only 3 hangers. The hanging pole is about 30 cm width. The triple room does not have bedside table at all. The plug outlet is not near table and we have to use our own luggage for putting our phones and powerbanks when charging. The table is a low one below the TV and "chairs" are just seats with no legs. Given only 3 bottles of water per day. Called room service for more water but it never arrived. Towels are 2 per person per day and are hand towel size. Buffet breakfast has a good spread of cereals, fruits, bread and cakes, salads and mains. Menu rotated every 3 days. Best point about this hotel is it's close location to Shilla duty free which is the pick up point for most day tours. On the last day when we wanted to sleep late, we were woken up by false fire alarm instead.

This is a good hotel for the price. Clean, friendly staff. Literally, perfect for this kind of hotel. On a main street with access to restaurants and shops. The lifts are an odd set-up. Like each one is independent so you have to push all the buttons, but not an issue.

Everything was fantastic. The only thing i can comment was the bath towel is so small but it not a big deal. I love the hair dryer the best dryer i ever tried. Service excellent

Good place, good environment, beautiful, chill and wonderful

This was a terrible experience. Because of our late flight, we arrived at HOTEL WITH JEJU at night. The lobby was dimly lit, and the receptionist didn't speak Chinese or English, which was strange, considering the hotel's clientele was mostly Chinese-speaking. To make matters worse, the room they gave us was clearly different from what we had booked. Despite multiple attempts to negotiate using a translator, the bespectacled receptionist refused to change it. Eventually, he simply left the front desk, ignoring us and leaving us stranded in the lobby. It was late, and with a child in tow, I had no choice but to go to the room he assigned so my child could rest. Upon entering the room, I found the TV was broken, with exposed wiring – unsafe. All the basic amenities were old, with peeling paint and chipped corners. The only redeeming feature was the two large beds, which were reasonably wide. We had a group tour early the next morning, so to save time, we bought breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast cost $10 per person, but it was absolutely terrible. Nothing was edible; it was either cold or spoiled. Don't even think about the eggs—they looked like they'd been sitting out for days. We didn't eat any and just got on the bus, not wanting the hotel's awful atmosphere to ruin our trip. This hotel has two front desks: one is HOTEL WITH CITY, and the other is HOTEL WITH JEJU. Essentially, they're the same hotel, both in the same building. The hotel's location is okay; it's a few hundred meters from the Shilla Duty Free Shop and there are convenience stores. However, I have to say, this isn't an advantage. Local hotels offer similar services; Jeju City isn't very big, and there are plenty of convenience stores. For those traveling to Jeju, please trust the objectivity of ratings. Low ratings usually have a reason. I booked without thinking, and it was a disaster. I don't recommend this hotel. With that money, you can get a much better hotel in the same category.

Location is good big room for 3 person clean recommended to group of friends

The rooms are small, and cleanliness is acceptable if you don’t look too closely at the details. The hotel is a convenient choice for airport access and is also well-connected for traveling to downtown. However, check-in is strictly after 3 PM, with no option for early check-in.
